Abstract

Learning Indonesian language in Elementary School 45 Curup authors can describe that when teaching Master do not used a media of learning, teachers do not used a variety of methods, teachers do not give homework, when learning takes many students who lack discipline, the value of the student has not reached a value which has been determined. The quality of learning that is still fairly low, a strategy that has been done by the Indonesian language teacher in Elementary School 45 Curup in improving learning Indonesian is to Improve Discipline, Setting up a learning material, Conducting Classroom Management, Using Learning Method Compatible with Content and Learning Objectives, Giving homework, give the Achievement Award to students, Conducting Tests Or Rate After Teaching and Learning.  Keyword: Teacher strategy, Learning
