Abstract

Kepercayaan diriadalah suatu keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri sendiri terhadap situasi yang sedang dihadapi. Individu yang memiliki rasa percaya diri akan yakin pada kemampuan atau kompetensi diri, berani menerima dan menghadapi penolakan orang lain, berani menjadi diri sendiri, memiliki internal locus of, mempunyai cara pandang yang positif terhadap diri sendiri. Kenyataannya masih ada siswa yang kurang memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri seperti beberapa siswa tidak mampu mengemukakan pendapat di depan kelas, merasa canggung saat bicara di depan kelas dan tidak berani menjadi diri sendiri. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri yaitu dukungan sosial teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) dukungan sosial teman sebaya 2) kepercayaan diri remaja 3) hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kepercayaan diri remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 18 Padang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan sampel 86 orang. yang digunakan adalah angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis persentase dan untuk melihat hubungan di antara kedua variabel digunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) dukungan sosial teman sebaya berada pada kategoritinggi, 2) kepercayaan diri remaja berada pada kategoritinggi, 3) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kepercayaan diri remaja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of quick ratio, inventory turnover and net profit margin on profit growth in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018.Quick ratio offset by inventory turnover and net profit margin is expected to increase profit growth. The population in this study is a food and beverage subsector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The selection of samples using purposive sampling techniques, the number of companies sampled in this study is as many as 13 companies. The data collection technique used in this study is a method of documenting studies by obtaining data in the form of annual reports of companies. The data analysis used is a resumed deskrifative analysis of classic assumption tests that include normality tests, heterogeneticity tests, multicholinerity tests and autocorcord tests. Hypothetical testing in this study used multiple regression analyst techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that: 1)quick ratio partially does not have a significant effect on profit growth with sig-t 0.152. 2) inventory turnover has no significant effect on profit growth with sig-t 0.643. 3) net profit margin partially affects profit growth with a sig-t value of 0.000. 4) quick ratio, inventory turnover and net profit margin simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth with a sig-f value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menganalisis sistem informasi Ekspedisi pada Bus New Liman (2) untuk merancang sistem informasi Ekspedisi pada Bus New Liman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research yaitu penelitian dalam konteks yang berfokus pada tindakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan performa dari sebuah organisasi. Penggambaran sistem yang digunakan adalah Diagram Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, Dan Diagram Aliran Data, Diagram Zero, Diagram level 1, 2, dan 3. Program dengan menggunkan bahasa pemrograman Delphi 7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem komputerisasi pengolahan dan penginputan data serta laporan pada data pengiriman barang yang diterapkan pada New Liman dapat membantu proses kelancaran informasi data pengiriman barang. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi data pengiriman barang pada aplikasi New Liman, maka proses yang terjadi antara pihak perusahaan dengan pengirim akan dapat di organisir dengan baik pada saat transaksi berlangsung dengan menginput laporan pengiriman barang. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan kemudahan baik dari sisi pengguna maupun dari pengirim dimana dapat proses jalannya transaksi berlangsung lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui damapak kegiatan penambangan serta bahaya bagi Kesehatan manusia (debu, Kebisingan dan Getaran); untuk mengetahui pengaruh K3 Terhadap efisiensi kerja bagi karyawan pekerja tambang; Untuk mengetahui standar K-3 yang diterapkan pada perusahaan sudah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode observasi secara langsung dilapangan, pengukuran laboratorium berupa kebisingan, debu dan getaran. Metode observasi secara langsung menggunakan system data yang dikumpulkan dari areal lokasi kegiatan penambangan secara langsung, kemudian dilakukan pentabulasian data dan uji laboratorium langsung di lapangan. Responsive sebagai sampel perorangan peneliti menggunakan system pengacakan dengan kriteria yang berlaku. Hasil analisis penelitian didapatkan penerapam SMK3 (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kerja) telah diterapkan pada perusahaan dengan patokan Undang-Undang Nomor: 1 tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No. 5 tahun 1996 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, dan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor: 38 tahun 2014, terdapat pengaturan-pengaturan perlindungan pekerja berupa Pemenuhan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), serta penerapan pencegahan dampak pada areal lokasi kegiatan penambangan. Secara umum, potensi terjadinya kebisingan masih bersifat normal dengan frekuensi 70-80 dSB. Dan untuk getaran frekuensinya berkisar 63 Hz

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the vaccine financing for the treatment of covid-19 of BankingAgencies in an effort to empower Small and Medium Institution in Aceh. This study applies qualitativelegal methods with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study indicate that the vaccinefinancing for the treatment of covid-19 and the existence of the Banking Agencies is instrumental in effortsto empowerment SMHi and covid-19 treatment, but the quantity of SMHi that can be financed very limited.Only a small proportion of SMHi can obtain loan facilities from bank agencies. In conclusion, bank agenciesstill not yet play the important role in empowerment the micro, small and medium Health Institution in Aceh.

Abstract

Independence is a directed process because the development of independence is in line with the nature of human existence, the direction of development must be in line with and based on the goals of human life. But the reality in the field there are still students who have low learning independence, there are still many students who are low in the desire to compete to advance for their own good, less able to make decisions and initiatives to overcome problems, lack self-confidence in doing their tasks, and lack responsible for what he does. Independence of learning is the ability of students to realize their desires and take initiative in determining the learning activities such as formulating learning goals, learning resources (either in the form of people or materials) to diagnose learning needs and control the learning process without the help of others and one of the factors that influence it is student learning discipline. This study aims to determine the relationship between disciplines of learning with students' learning independence in Padang 2 Public High School. This research is a descriptive correlational research with quantitative methods. The total sample of 245 students was selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instruments used were learning discipline questionnaires and student learning independence questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that (1) the discipline of learning students in SMA Negeri 2 Padang was in the good category. (2) the learning independence of students in SMA Negeri 2 Padang is in a fairly good category (3) there is a significant relationship between the discipline of learning and student learning independence in SMA Negeri 2 Padang. Based on research findings, it is recommended that school counselors / counselors be able to provide guidance and counseling services, namely information services and individual counseling services in order to help students who have problems with learning independence.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peranan yang penting dalam membentuk watak dan karakter individu siswa.Untuk mencapai keberhasilan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling sangat erat hubungannya dengan manajemen bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalahuntuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai program dan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling serta hambatan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembinaan siswa pada SMA di Kota Sabang. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Subjek penelitian adalah guru pembimbing dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa(1) bentuk program bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA di Kota Sabang meliputi layanan orientasi, layanan informasi, layanan penempatan, layanan penguasaan konten, layanan konseling individu, layanan bimbingan kelompok,layanan konseling kelompok, layanan konsulotasi, layanan mediasi, aplikasi instrumen, Himpunan data, konferensi kasus, kunjungan rumah, tampilan kepustakaan, dan alih tangan kasus. (2) Pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA di Kota Sabang antara lain layanan orientasi, layanan informasi, layanan penempatan, layanan konseling individu, layanan bimbingan kelompok,, layanan konsulotasi, tampilan kepustakaan, dan alih tangan kasus, (3) Hambatan yang dialami guru pembimbing pada SMA di Kota Sabang dalam menyusun program adalah tidak tahu prosedur dalam menyusun program. Sedangkan hambatan dalam pelaksnaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling adalah tidak tersedianya jam tatap muka dengan siswa dan sarana yang masih kurang

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this study was “what are the indirect learning strategies in writing skill applied by the eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 12 Palembang?” The objective of this study was to find out what the indirect learning strategies in writingskill are applied by the eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 12 Palembang. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The population of this study was 232 of the eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 12 Palembang in the academic year of 2016 / 2017. The class of XI IPA 1 that consisted of 38 students was chosen as the sample of this study. The data was collected through the SILL questionnaire and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by using SPSS version 20. Based on the study, it showed that eventhough there was no learning strategy applied by the students in the high use, but according to the averageuse of the strategy, metacognitive strategies (Mean = 3.28) became the most frequently strategies applied by the students, then, followed by affective strategies (Mean = 2.65), and the last was social strategies (Mean = 2.46). In conclusion, all the indirect learning strategies in writing skill that are metacognitive, affective, and socialstrategies were applied by the eleventh grade students of State Senior High School 12 Palembang.Keywords: Analysis, Indirect Learning Strategies, and Writing Skill

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study was to find out if there is any significant difference between the translation competence of the eleventh grade students who are taught using oblique translation technique and those who are not at State Vocational High School 2 of Palembang. This study used true experimental design. The population of this research consisted of all the eleventh grade students majoring (Industrial) Modeling Design and Building Information of State Vocational High School 2 Palembang. The sample was 70 students, 35 students in experimental group from XI DPIB and 35 students in control group from XI DPIB 2. In collecting data, students were given 20 questions consisted of translation of the word “Do” in sentential context. The data was analyzed by using Independent sample test in SPSS 20 Computer program. The result of this study showed that in the experimental group, mean was 71.57. Meanwhile, in the control group, the mean was 45.42. On the other hand, the result of t-obtained was 10.047. In addition, its critical value at 0.05 significance level with 68 (df) was 1.668. Since the t-obtained was higher than t-table, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. As a final result, that there was significant difference between the translation competence of the eleventh grade students who are taught using oblique translation technique and those who are not at State Vocational High School 2 of Palembang.Keywords: Teaching, Translation, Do, Oblique Translation Strategies
