Abstract

Anxiety appears in the third trimester (28-40 weeks) starting before delivery. In addition, this third trimester is a lot of risk that the possibility of premature birth so that it can cause high anxiety in pregnant women before delivery. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between husband's knowledge and support with the anxiety of third trimester pregnant women facing the Covid-19 pandemic in the Puskesma Berseri Health Center Work Area. The type of research used in this study was quantitative with a cross sectional design. This research was carried out from August to September 2021 in the Work Area of the Puskesmas Berseri, The study population was third trimester pregnant women with a total sample of 51 people. Data processing is done by computerization with univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate results showed that 31 respondents (60.8%) had poor knowledge, 29 respondents had less husband support and 23 respondents (56.9%) experienced anxiety. The results of bivariate knowledge have a relationship between (p.value = 0.001) and husband's support (p.value = 0.002) with the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester facing childbirth during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended for the Puskesmas to improve the counseling program in the future by using leaflet media to increase the knowledge of pregnant women, namely by providing information and counseling to the community about preventing Covid 19 at the time of delivery.

Abstract

Masalah anemia merupakan masalah dalam kebidanan, karena itu anemia pada kehamilan harus segera diatasi untuk mencegah terjadinya perdarahan pada proses persalinan dan gangguan pada tumbuh kembang janin. Selain itu dampak anemia dalam kehamilan adalah dapat mengakibatkan mortalitas dan morbiditas pada ibu dan bayi termasuk resiko keguguran, lahir mati, prematuritas, berat bayi lahir rendah. Anemia ini mempengaruhi 41,8% wanita hamil. Angka kejadian anemia di Kecamatan Sabak Auh tahun 2018 tercatat sebanyak 156 kasus, tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi 129 kasus, sedangkan pada tahun 2020 angka kejadian anemia terus mengalami peningkatan menjadi 165 orang.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan ibu tentang konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia di UPT Puskesmas Bukit AgungKabupaten Siak. Populasi adalah ibu hamil dan sampel sebanyak 48 orang, dengan Total Sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian mayoritas responden dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 56,3%, sikap responden dalam kategori negatif sebanyak 54,4%, responden yang tidak patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebanyak 60,4% dan responden yang mengalami anemia sebanyak 52,1%. Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia, dengan p.value = 0,017. Ada hubungan sikap ibu tentang konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia, dengan p.value = 0,001.Ada hubungan kepatuhan ibu tentang konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia dengan p.value = 0,004. Diharapkan hasil Penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi perbaikan program dalam meningkatkan program pemberian tablet Fe, yaitu dengan memberikan informasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe.Kata Kunci      :        Pengetahuan, Sikap, Kepatuhan Kejadian anemiaDaftar Pustaka          :       17 (2013-2019)

Abstract

Menarche or first menstruation is one of various signs in early teens and girls. Variations in the onset of menarche are influenced by various factors, one of which is weight. In this studyweight was measured using the parameters of the Body Mass Index (BMI). This is to find out the relationship between BMI and early menarche at SDN 014 Sialang Kayu Batu, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. This research is an analytic oSBErvational study with cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The sample size is 68 students. This research was conducted on February 22, 2019 at SDN 014 Sialang Kayu Batu, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. Research data obtained by questionnaire and direct measurement of weight and height. The statistical analysis used was Chi-Square. Based on Chi-Square analysis, p = 0.000 (p <0.05) showed a significant relationship. It is expected that schools, health workers are to provide information and education of health regarding early menarche to all students

Abstract

Colostrum represent first dilution times of by bosom gland in form of pregnant brass chromatic dilution antibody and compared to higher protein milk of matur. Pursuant to survey early at home Pain Ms. and Child Expectation Mother from 10 child bed mother people, 6 people (60%) which not give colostrum and 4 people (40%) giving colostrum newborn baby. Target of this research is to know knowledge and child bed mother attitude to of colostrum newborn baby at clinic Sri Kesuma STr. Keb. This Research type quantitative with sectional cross desain. Research at clinic Sri Kesuma STr. Keb from Januari-Maret 2020. Population in this research amount to 60 child bed mother people. used Sampel counted 37 child bed mother people with technique of accidental sampling. Analysis the used analysis of univariat bivariate and. variable of Dependen of independent variable and kolostrum attitude and knowledge. Result of research prove that there is have a meaning knowledge to of colostrum (value p = 0,002), and there have a meaning attitude to of colostrums (value p = 0,006). Researcher suggest to health energy at clinic Sri Kesuma STr. Keb to give information about benefit or is important of colostrum newborn baby and expected also to be more improve Initiation Milk program Early (IMD) so that all child bed mother at clinic Sri Kesuma STr. Keb give colostrum to its baby.
