<![CDATA[Abstract: Characteristic of Modern Jahiliyah as Political of Thought and Its Influence on Religious of Moslem. Characteristics of modern ignorance was formed as a result of their efforts to free themselves from the shackles, restraints, oppression and massacre of the hegemony of the church in the Dark Ages (dark age) Europe they 'cover up' by calling it the medieval period. Liberation (liberalization) of the suppression of the church later evolved into understanding and ideology called liberalism with various sects called secularism, pluralism and the like. Karakteristik jahiliyah modern itu terbentuk akibat usaha mereka membebaskan diri dari belenggu, pengekangan, penindasan dan pembantaian oleh hegemoni gereja pada abad kegelapan (dark age) Eropa yang mereka ‘tutup-tutupi’ dengan menyebut masa itu dengan abad pertengahan. Pembebasan (liberalisasi) dari penindasan gereja kemudian berkembang menjadi pemahaman dan ideologi yang bernama liberalisme dengan berbagai sektenya yang bernama sekularisme, pluralisme dan sejenisnya. Upaya liberalisasi berlangsung sangat sistematis, melibatkan berbagai pihak, mulai dari pihak negara-negara kapitalis sebagai konspiratornya, para kapitalis sebagai penyandang dananya, serta Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) liberal/gender bertindak sebagai event organizer (EO)-nya. Karena itu, upaya strategis yang harus dilakukan umat Islam untuk menghadapi berbagai konspirasi asing dalam penghancuran kemurnian ajaran Islam adalah mengajak umat untuk bersegera meninggalkan sistem liberal-sekular ini, dengan cara melakukan pencerdasan umat dengan Islam kâffah.
