Abstract

The government has sought to stabilize the lives of the poor by implementing programs directly perceived by the poor, one of which is the subsidized rice program for poor households (Raskin). There is a need to do an evaluation of how the Raskin community responds to the implementation of the Raskin program, whether the rules (mechanisms) in Raskin distribution are accurate, and what constraints are faced in the implementation of Raskin Program in Manokwari Timur Village. The research method is descriptive percentage by taking as many as 88 Raskin recipients (RTS-PM) as sample. The results showed that the satisfaction of Raskin recipients was included as standard, the effectiveness of the Raskin Program (Accuracy of the rules) included in the poor category, and the biggest Raskin program obstacle in Manokwari Timur Village was the absence of socialization of the Raskin program. The distribution of Raskin is sometimes inaccurate in terms of target, time, quantity and price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the amount of income, length of study, the ease of obtaining private vehicles, and accidents at working place on working hours of 'ojek' driver. The data was analysed by using multiple regression analysis methods. Results of the study stated that the amount of income has a positive and significant effect, the length of school has a negative and not significant effect, the ease of obtaining a private vehicle has a negative and not significant effect, work accidents have a positive effect and not significant to the working hours of motorcycle driver. At a confidence level of 93.8%, variations of all independent variables explain variation on the working hours spending, and the remaining 6.2% is explained by other factors outside the model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh jumlah pendapatan, lama studi, kemudahan memperoleh kendaraan pribadi, dan kecelakaan di tempat kerja terhadap jam kerja pengemudi ojek. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa jumlah pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, lama sekolah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, kemudahan memperoleh kendaraan pribadi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, kecelakaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jam kerja pengemudi sepeda motor. Pada tingkat kepercayaan 93,8%, variasi dari semua variabel independen menjelaskan variasi pengeluaran jam kerja, dan 6,2% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance and to determine what factors dominantly affect the performance of PT PLN UIW P2B..P3B Manokwari-ULP Prafi employees, Manokwari Regency. The variables observed in this study include work ability, work motivation and work discipline. The primary data used in the study were obtained from questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies and from a review of scientific literature. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained for R2 are 0.788. This explains that 78.8% of the dependent variable used is able to explain the performance of PT. the PLN. While the remaining 21.2% is explained by other variables that are not included as variables in the model. The final result shows that work ability, work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance at the 95% confidence level. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplian kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT PLN UIW P2B..P3B Manokwari-ULP Prafi Kabupaten Manokwari. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Data primer yang diguanakan dalam penelitian didapatkan dari kuisioner. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari instansi terkait dan dari tijauan literatur ilmiah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk R2 sebesar 0.788. Ini menjelaskan bahwa sebesar 78,8% variabel dependen yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai PT. PLN tersebut. Sedangkan 21,2% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan sebagai variabel dalam model. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa kemapuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.
