Abstract

Financial Administration is an administration that focuses on financial management and cash flow search, SMK YP Fatahillah 2 Cilegon is an educational institution that SMK YP Fatahillah 2 Cilegon in the use of computer and information technology is still very minimal, especially in the processing of school financial administration. At present the school records and manages payment and expenditure data already using computer technology but still uses simple data management such as Microsoft Office Excel, but has not been well integrated. so that the process is less effective and efficient and also often found problems such as inaccurate data, errors in recording data, difficulties in finding data because it requires a long time, loss or damage to data because the storage media has not been stored safely. So it is very important to use a well-integrated information system in the processing of financial administration data to improve data quality and speed up the process of data searching and good data collection.
