Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam proses pencapaian tujuan, setiap organisasi membutuhkan manajemen kinerja. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: tingginya persentase kejadian kesalahan dalam pelaksanaan tugas perawat di 20% di April 2016 di klinik pasien keluar, Rumah Sakit Mawaddah Medika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk manajemen kinerja analisis untuk perawat di Rumah Sakit Mawaddah Medika. Ini jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. The wa populasi snurse (16 perawat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kinerja belum dilakukan baik secara struktural dan fungsional. Instrumen untuk menerapkan sistem manajemen kinerja yang tidak siap. Namun ada sistem manajemen dan standar pelayanan yang diterapkan di seluruh standar. Namun praktek manajemen kinerja yang terkait dan terintegrasi secara keseluruhan.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan: mempersiapkan instrumen yang diperlukan; dokumen tersebut diganti dengan job description dari profil peran dikompilasi dalam penelitian ini; profil peran yang mendasarkan pada aktivitas peran definiton harus ditinjau secara berkala; standar kinerja harus lengkap Ulasan Dan; persyaratan kompetensi yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk masuk proses seleksi perawat dan bidan; persiapan manajemen kinerja harus digunakan kompetensi kamus; pelaksanaan kinerja dan pengembangan rencana memerlukan kebijakan dan dukungan dari manajemen puncak dan komitmen bidan dan perawat; pemantauan dan umpan balik terus menerus yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja.Kata kunci: manajemen kinerja, standar kinerjaABSTRACTIn the process of achieving goals, each organization requires performance management. The problem in this study were: the high percentage of the incidence of errors in the execution of duties by nurses was 20% in April 2016 at out patient clinic, Mawaddah Medika Hospital. The research objective was to analize performance management for nurse in Mawaddah Medika Hospital. This type of research using descriptive research. The population was 16 nurses. The results showed that performance management has not carried out both structurally and functionally. Instrument for implementing performance management systems were not ready. Yet there was a management system and service standards were applied throughout the whole standard. Yet the practice of performance management were related and integrated as a whole.The study recommends: prepare the necessary instruments; the document was replaced with the job description of the role profile is compiled in this study; role profile which base on role definiton activity should be reviewed periodically; performance standards need to be complete dan reviewed; competence requirements were used as the basis for admission selection process nurse and midwives; preparation of performance management should be used competency dictionary; implementation of the performance and development plan requires policy and the support of top management and the commitment of the midwives and nurses; the continuous monitoring and feedback are hoped can improve motivation and performance.
