Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on working behavior of rubber farmers, knowing the dominant motivation of rubber farmers, knowing the positive or negative relationship and the percentage of the influence of motivation on the working behavior of rubber farmers in the Puain Kanan Village, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. The research method used is the case study method with data collection methods, namely the interview method. Data collection is carried out from May to August. The analysis used was qualitative analysis of rubber farmer's work behavior, power motivation, affiliate motivation and achievement motivation. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing, partial testing, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS 23 software for Windows. The results obtained showed that motivation influenced the working behavior of rubber farmers with Fcount 12, 470. Performance motivation variables were the biggest motivations that influenced the working behavior of rubber farmers with the highest tcount value of 3.005. Motivation of power, affiliation motivation and achievement motivation have a positive relationship to the working behavior of rubber farmers with a motivation variable contribution value of 51%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify consumer perceptions of roasted broiled chicken seeds and determine the effect of consumer perceptions in making decisions to purchase roasted mulberry chicken seeds in Murung Panggang Village, South Amuntai District. Based on the sum of the Likert scale values ​​that the average score of the overall perception statement is 100.9, which is in the area agreed. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis (R2) of the regression equation as a whole there are influences of independent variables including price variables, quality variables, and producer service variables on purchasing decisions that can be seen in the adjusted R Square value of 0.644. From the results of the t-test, the price factor does not significantly influence the purchasing decision with a significant value of 0.782> 0.05, so H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. Quality factors have no significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.053> 0.05 so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, and factor levels of producer service have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (i) the comparative advantage of food crop commodities and food crop base sectors, (ii) competitive advantages of food crops and competitive and non-competitive areas, (ii) strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of rural food-based rural development in Amuntai Utara District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The study was conducted on November 2018 - January 2019 in Amuntai Utara District Hulu Sungai Utara Regency with the research method used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the results of the study, the LQ value in the North Amuntai Subdistrict has a base sector and non-base sector in food crop commodities; shift-share analysis shows that competitive commodities of rice food plants with a value of 0.12 and corn with a value of 0.56; SWOT analysis was obtained from an analysis of internal factors (IFAS) of 2,832 and external factor analysis (EFAS) of 2,45, hence the development of rural areas based on food crops was in quadrant I (supporting aggressive strategies)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the basis and non-basis, the contribution and growth of each agricultural subsector to the GRDP in Tabalong Regency from 2013 to 2017. The analytical method used is the Location Quotient analysis, contributions, and shift-share. The data used are Tabalong Regency GRDP data from 2013 to 2017 based on constant prices. The time of the study starts from June 2018 until August 2019. The results of the study based on the Location Quotient analysis show that the subsector that is the base subsector is the plantation subsector while the other subsectors such as food crops, horticulture, and fisheries are the non-basis subsector in Tabalong Regency. The results of the Contribution analysis show that of the five agricultural subsectors in Tabalong District, the highest contribution to the agricultural sector was the plantation subsector in the last five years by 47.87%. The results of the Shift Share analysis show the growth of each agricultural sub-sector in the economy of the Tabalong district is different as seen from the proportional growth of the food crops, livestock and fisheries sub-sectors experiencing rapid growth while the horticulture and plantation sub-sectors experienced slow growth. which is not competitive or less competitive with other regions in South Kalimantan Province.This study aims to determine the basis and non-basis, the contribution and growth of each agricultural subsector to the GRDP in Tabalong Regency from 2013 to 2017. Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution, position, growth, and basis and non basis of each agricultural subsector to the GRDP in the economy of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency from 2013-2017. The data used is secondary data originating from the Central Bureau of Statistics and related government agencies. The analytical method used is contribution analysis, typology of class, shift share and LQ. The results showed that of the five agricultural sub-sectors in North Hulu Sungai Regency the highest contribution to the agricultural sector was the food crop subsector in the past five years at 61.07%. The position of the five agricultural sub-sectors is in the third place, which means that the five subsectors are potential or can still develop. The growth of each agricultural sub-sector in the economy of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency varies from the proportional growth of the food, livestock and fisheries sub-sectors to rapid growth while the horticulture and plantation subsectors experienced slow growth. The five agricultural sub-sectors are not competitive or lack competitiveness with other regions in South Kalimantan Province. The subsector which is the subsector of the base is the food, livestock and fisheries subsector while the horticulture and plantation subsector is the non-base sub-sector in North Hulu Sungai Regency.
