Abstract

Droplet impingement on solid surfaces takes place in a variety of industrial and environmental applications. However, there are still some areas that are not fully comprehended; emulsion droplet impact on a heated surface is one of these areas that require further comprehension. Hence, the present work represents an experimental exploration for spread characteristics of diesel-in-water (DW) emulsion droplet impacting a heated flat plate. Three different emulsions in which water concentration is set to 10%, 20%, and 30% of the overall emulsion content by volume have been tested in addition to the neat diesel. The temperature of the flat plate is varied over the range 20, 40, 60, and 80ºC respectively. Magnified high speed direct imaging and shadowgraphy have been used simultaneously for tracking droplet spread over the heated surface post impact. Droplet spread rate, maximum diameter, rebound height and velocity represent the main evaluated parameters. The results show that the maximum spread diameter is proportional while spread rate is inversely proportional to the increase in plate temperature for all diesel concentrations including the neat diesel. Whereas, droplet rebound height and velocity are found to be more responsive to the variation in diesel concentration than the variation in plate temperature, so they are both minimum in the case of neat diesel and are increasing by the decrease of diesel concentration in the emulsions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of store design, product diversity, product design, and service quality on consumers' desire to make additional purchases at Zero Outlet Garut. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), also known as visual rendition 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS), was utilized in this investigation as a method of information verification. The conclusion of this study demonstrates a positive and significant relationship between store layout and repurchase intention, with a t-count > 1.96 and a result of 0.215. Where the result is 0.285 with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 2.769, and a big level of 0.002, the effect of product variation on repurchase intention is positive and substantial. Effect of product design on repurchase intention with a positive value and sig., where the coefficient is 0.235 and the t- statistic is greater than 1.96, with a critical level of 0.049 to 0.050. The coefficient is 0.203, the t statistic is 2.147, the standard t table value is 1.96 with the sign being 0.032 0.050, and the influence of service quality on repurchase intention is positive and significant.

Abstract

Objective research This test will include knowledge, relationships with values, and altruistic conduct. Study This was completed in a private college in West Java using a quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative approach sample lecturer up to 294 persons. Approach qualitative by using three sources to find person leaders in higher education. According to research findings, conduct altruism is the best predictor of desire. Perceived value support is a crucial component of information sharing between lecturers on both an internal and external level. conclusions from the data This calls for the routine discussion of study programs at the lowest structural level, as well as discussions at the faculty and university levels, as well as discussions with party external Good fellow academics or with non-academicians, before activity. Regulations that guarantee quality as a tool for control must be applied to this. All of these ideas are capable of improving lecturer caliber and bringing about the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
