Abstract

Pencapaian pertumbuhan bisnis pegadaian syariah dari sisi penyaluran pembiayaan ataukredit yang diberikan dan outstanding pembiayaan serta pendapatan sewa modal (ijaroh)dari Tahun 2008 sampai dengan Tahun 2012 serta pertumbuhan pegadaian syariahmengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan dengan pegadaian konvensional.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat dalam memilih lembaga pegadaian syariah. Penelitianini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang melihat pengaruh antarvariabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Bekasi, Bogor, dan Depok.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi.Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitaif yaitu denganAnalisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang digunakan untuk menganalisis preferensi masyarakatKota Bekasi, Bogor, dan Depok dalam memilih lembaga pegadaian syariah. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa preferensi masyarakat terhadap Pegadaian Syariah dipengaruhi secarasignifikan oleh faktor prinsip, kepercayaan, pelayanan, harga, tempat serta promosi.Pelayanan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadappegadaian syariah

Abstract

The decision to save funds is often influenced by a variety of factors, including an individual's financial goals, income, expenses, and overall financial health. Service quality and customer trust in a bank's current account may also play a role in an individual's decision to save funds The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods or often called traditional methods, because this method has been used for a long time so that it has become a tradition for research. The result is Quality of Service on Decision to Save Funds, knowing that the results of tcount > ttable are (5.876 > 1.974) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Decisions to Save Funds, so H1 is Accepted. Current Account Customer Confidence in the Decision to Save Funds, knowing that the results of tcount > ttable are (6.571> 1.974) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the Current Account Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save Funds, so H2 is accepted. Quality of Service and Trust of Current Account Customers simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save Funds, by knowing the results of Fcount > Ftable (273.186 > 3.05) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and with a coefficient of determination or r square (R2) of 0.768 or 76.8% while the rest (100% - 76.8% = 23.2%) is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined. Then the Quality of Service and Trust of Demand Deposits together have a significant positive effect on the Decision to Save Funds, so that H3 is Accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. lembah Alas Group. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dan menggunaka SPSS Versi 25. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. lembah Alas Group, dengan populasi sebanyak 65 orang, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Dimana persamaaan regresi linier berganda Y = 14.140 + 0.780 X1 + 0.5397 X2, artinya pengaruh positif, Pada variabel konpensasi terdapat hasil Uji t sebesar t hitung > t tabel (10.954 > 1998) atau nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada variabel disiplin terdapat hasil Uji t sebesar t hitung > t tabel (4.815 > 1998) atau nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. koefisien determinasi sebesar 87.2%, Fhitung > Ftabel atau (211.242 > 2,750) dan signifikan 0.00 (p<0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, artinya variabel kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on increasing work productivity of sharia multi-finance employees Cibarusah. This research is quantitative research, using the associative method. The sample used was 38 people. The technique used by the author is saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests, and for data analysis methods using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. data calculation is done by using statistical software. The results showed that the job placement in the frequency distribution analysis was perceived as quite good at 3.65 with a class interval table (3.53-3.72). The increase in productivity in the analysis of the frequency distribution is perceived as good at 3.68 with the class interval table (3.56-3.77). The results of the simple linear regression analysis obtained in this study are Y = 29.978 + 0.631X. It can be interpreted that if there is no effect of work placement (X = 0), the Productivity Increase is worth 29.978 units. However, if there is an increase of 1 unit/unit of the Work Placement variable (X=1), it will affect the increase in Productivity (Y) of 0.631 units. The correlation coefficient is perceived as strong as 0.629, while the coefficient of determination of 39.6% and 60.4% is influenced by several factors not included in this study. While the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test (t test) with the result that is 4.857 > t table value of 2.028 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect between work placement and the increase in the work of sharia multi finance employees Cibarusah.
