Abstract

ABSTRACK               The purpose of this study was to determine  the Effect of Acceptance of Receivables Against Employee Charge Service at The Alts Hotel Palembang which is located at Jalan Rajawali no 8 Palembang. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how much influence receivables receivables to service charge employees The Alts Hotel Palembang. In this study using primary and secondary data with the method of analysis used is quantitative methods and analysis techniques used are simple linear regression method, correlation analysis, hypothesis test (t) and coefficient of determination               The results showed that there is a positive influence between receipt of receivables to employee service charge The Alts Hotel Palembang because the calculation of t count value of 2.960> t table of 2.22814 and at significant 0.014 <0.05 then H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means receivables Affect the service charge at the level of α = 0.05 and can be indicated by the coefficient of determination of 0.467 or 46.7% which means that the service charge is affected by the receipt of receivables 46.7% while the remaining 53.3% influenced by other factors. The Alts Hotel Palembang still uses revenue recognition based on cash basis. Keywords : receivables receipt and service charge

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work facilities, leadership, and work culture on employee performance at PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang. The sample in this study was 37 employees from all employees of PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, processed using the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. The results of the study indicate that Work Facilities, Leadership, and Work Culture have a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance at PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang with a significance of 0.000 <α (0.05), meaning Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 12.821 + 0.483 X1 + 0.256 X2 + 0.385 X3. Work Facilities have a partial influence on Employee Performance at PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang with a significance of 0.000 <α (0.05). Leadership has a partial influence on Employee Performance at PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang with a significance of 0.001 <α (0.05). Work Culture has a partial influence on Employee Performance at PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang with a significance of 0.002 <α (0.05). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh  Fasilitas Kerja, Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 orang karyawan dari seluruh karyawan PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer  Statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS) versi 24.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Kerja, Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima.. Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 12.821 + 0.483 X1  + 0.256 X2 + 0.385 X3.  Fasilitas Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang  dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000< α (0,05). Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang  dengan signifikan sebesar 0,001< α (0,05). Budaya Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Global Jet Express J&T Palembang  dengan signifikan sebesar 0,002< α (0,05).
