Abstract

Sindrom hepatorenal (HRS) merupakan gagal ginjal yang timbul pada pasien penyakit hati kronik. Tanda khas sindrom hepatorenal adalah vasokonstriksi ginjal dengan mekanisme yang masih belum jelas. Beberapa faktor pencetus dianggap dapat mempengaruhi timbulnya HRS. Rekomendasi terapi HRS hingga saat ini adalah transplantasi hati. Terapi medikamentosa sebelum transplantasi hati dapat menggunakan regimen yang tercantum pada beberapa rekomendasi terapi.Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) is a renal failure in patients with chronic liver disease. Typical sign of hepatorenal syndrome is renal vasoconstriction caused by still unclear mechanisms. Some trigger factors can influence the onset of HRS. The recommended therapy for HRS is liver transplantation. Medical therapy prior to liver transplantation can use a choice of recommended multiple regimens.
