Abstract

Pemfigoid bullosa (PB) adalah kelainan kulit akibat adanya autoantibodi pada protein hemidesmosom, yaitu protein BPAG1 dan BPAG2. Protein ini serupa dengan protein BPAG1 dan BPAG2 di susunan saraf pusat dengan fungsi serupa. Hal ini mengakibatkan hubungan antara PB dengan beberapa penyakit neurologis, karena reaksi silang. Dilaporkan kasus stroke iskemik yang juga menderita pemfigoid bulosaBullous pemphigoid is a skin disorder caused by autoantibodies in hemidesmosome protein BPAG1 and BPAG2. They are similar to the BPAG1 and BPAG2 proteins present in the central nervous system with similar functions, caused a close association between bullous pemphigoid and some neurological diseases, due to cross-reactions. This is a report of a case of ischemic stroke accompanied by ullous pemphigoid.
