Abstract

Pemeriksaan penunjang dan tatalaksana yang tepat merupakan upaya pencegahan tachycardiomyopathy yang diinduksi VES.Background: Frequent Ventricular extrasystoles is a ventricular arrhythmia characterized by wide QRS complexes and premature occurrence, with a total frequency > 7% of the total heart rate in a single day. Case: A 51-year-old woman with palpitation. ECG and Holter showed 32.4% VES complexes. Electrophysiological study and ablation on the abnormal ectopic focus at RVOT were done. Conclusion: Frequent VES should be considered in palpitation. Appropriate investigation and proper management are vital to prevent the occurrence of VES-induced tachycardiomyopathy.
