Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) Knowing the policy of principals at Taruna Nusantara High School and Senior High School 4 Magelang to subjects of History, (2) Knowing the curriculum policy regarding the portion of the placement of the subjects of History, (3) how teachers deliver material and learning models History in high school of Taruna Nusantara High School and Senior High School 4 Magelang, and (4) how student opinion in History teachers the material. The results of the study at both schools led to the fact that Taruna Nusantara High School is promoting subjects as the history of important subjects, subjects using history as a spearhead in the successful implementation of special curriculum-based defend the country. Especially in the formation of character and cultivation of the spirit of nationalism, the students really enjoyed how the delivery of interesting material presented by the teacher of history at this school, teachers use a good individual approach so as to maximize the potential of students. In Senior High School 4 Magelang put the subjects of history into something very interesting because of factors that creative and innovative teachers of these subjects were used as a means of knowledge transfer that is very positive. Keywords: Comparative Studies, History Learning Model

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the policies of the principal at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang regarding History subjects, the curriculum policies regarding the placement portion of History subjects, how teachers convey material and learning models of History at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang, and how students think about the teacher delivers historical material. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology, involving classroom observations, interviews with school principals and vice principals for curriculum, and history teachers, and distributing questionnaires to students. The SMA Negeri 4 Magelang school uses the 2006 curriculum and promotes the instillation of noble values, with a focus on multicultural values and religious values. History is one of the mainstay subjects. The research conducted at this school found that the history subject is interesting to students because the teachers are creative and innovative, and this subject is used as a means of knowledge transfer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMA pada mata pelajaran Sejarah. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, teknologi pendidikan, termasuk platform e-learning seperti Google Classroom, telah menjadi bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah. Namun, pengaruh khusus dari Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam konteks mata pelajaran Sejarah masih perlu diteliti secara lebih mendalam. penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, khususnya literature review atau penelitian kepustakaan dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian kepustakaan merupakan metode yang berharga untuk melakukan penelitian kualitatif karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi yang ada dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana teknologi pendidikan berkontribusi pada motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah. Temuan dari penelitian ini akan membantu memberikan pedoman bagi guru dan sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil akademik mereka dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah.
