Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the Effect of Financial Ratios on Stock Liquidity in the Banking Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, during 2008-2012. The variables used in this study include stock liquidity (LKS) as the dependent variable with LDR, DER, ROE, PER, PBV, EPS, and ROA as the independent variables. Samples were selected based on the purposive sampling method. Samples in this research come from 26 companies in the banking sector in the period 2008 until 2012 which consist of 130 observations. This research used panel data regression analysis. The PLS (Common), Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect models were then tested to select the most suitable model. The LM test and Hausman concluded that the Random Effect is the most appropriate model. Hypothesis testing was conducted by using the Adjusted R Square, F test, and T-test based on the Random Effect Model. The results of the research show that DER, PER, PBV, and ROA affect stock liquidity (LKS) while liquidity LDR, ROE, and EPS have no influence on stock liquidity (LKS). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) indicates that 30.58% of fluctuation in stock liquidity (LKS) can be explained by the seven independent variables namely, LDR, DER, ROE, PER, PBV, EPS, and ROA.

Abstract

Peningkatan pemulung terlihat di beberapa kawasan perkotaan, termasuk kawasan Pancoran Barat Jakarta Selatan. Pola hidup mereka biasanya kumuh dan tinggal di daerah berisiko tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan kualifikasi yang tidak memadai. Selain itu, sebagian besar rumah mereka tidak dapat dihuni karena minimnya pendapatan. Dilihat dari fenomena di atas, diperlukan adanya pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas yang dikumpulkan untuk kembali produktif, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Program Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan memberdayakan pemulung Pancoran Barat melalui pelatihan kreasi daur ulang di RT. 008/003 Jakarta Selatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan. Tahap kedua adalah demonstrasi mengolah sampah anorganik menjadi berbagai kreasi daur ulang. Tahap ketiga adalah pelatihan tentang pemasaran produk dan akuntansi keuangan dengan cara yang sederhana. Tahap keempat adalah evaluasi keberhasilan program. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui simulasi dan penyuluhan adalah ibu-ibu pemulung lebih kreatif dalam menggunakan kesempatannya untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Price Earning Ratio. The population for this study consists of four food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2011 to 2020. The sample used in this research is a saturated sample, encompassing the entire population as the study sample. Data collection was conducted using the documentation method, extracting information from the financial reports of the companies. The data analysis method employed Panel Data Regression with the assistance of E-views 12 application.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BTS (Bersama Teman Sejahtera). Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from employees through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal significant relationships between leadership style, work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. The results underscore the importance of effective leadership, intrinsic motivation, and conducive work environments in enhancing employee performance within the organization. The population consists of 50 employees, with the sample size also being 50 employees. Data collection methods include literature review and questionnaire surveys. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The findings of this research indicate that Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. BTS. Work motivation positively influences employee performance at PT. BTS. Additionally, the work environment also positively affects employee performance at PT. BTS. Implications for management practices and future research directions are discussed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of investment decisions, profitability, and company size on company value in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2024. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal approach and purposive sampling. The data used are secondary data and were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions and company size do not affect company value while profitability affects company value.
