The purpose of this study was to look at the Effect of Brain Gym on Coordination and Memory of Mild Mental Retarded children. It was a Quasi Experiment with a one group pretest and posttest approach. The population was 36 disability children and 20 children with mental retardation. By using purposive sampling,10 children were chosen as the samples which met inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that after 12 treatments were given the mean post coordination value = 2.60 and the mean post memory value = 5.00 and significant value (P-value) = 0.004 Ho rejected Ha accepted. It means that, there was an influence of brain gym on coordination and memory in children with mild mental retarded. In short, brain gym intervention is effective for mental retarded children in their coordination and memory. Therefore, brain gym application can improve coordination and memory in children with mild mental retardation. The collected data is processed and analyzed computerized. The results showed an increase in the average agility level of respondents in the hexagon drill group was 1.27 and an increase in the average agility level of respondents in the Zig-zag run group was 2.18 and p value = 0.001 where there was an increase in the hexagon drill group d. rill and zigzag run exercises. The conclusion of this study is that the zig zag run exercise is more effective in increasing the agility of girls aged 10-12 years. Keyword : Zig-zag Run, Hexagon Drill, Agility
