Abstract

Long Life Learning (LLL) is growing rapidly as a focal point to the science and technology development. Therefore, universities as platform due to transforming the sciences in order to expand the knowledge and the latest technology to their customers are very integral. At the same time, college or other organizations are expected to be driven by the community that will be able to show the acceleration performance of science and technology. Thus, the existence ofthe community and the world are taken based on the ability to access knowledge and technology developments in the application of learning and readiness. In Indonesia, Islamic educations institutions such as private universities strive to be able to offer the appropriate programs with community and customers. In order to build the equivalence between the rapid development of science and technology, all the faculty members through various programs are continued to increase their knowledge. Academic staffs will be able to enhance their knowledge as on an ongoing basis when the universities perform an alysis of the need for academic skills, high working. Follow upon the results of the analysis skills needs to be realized throughout the academic programs of formal education or informal. Activity provides a hosted program the university will provide an opportunity for all faculty members to study upon the peak sustained optimal career. Instead the teacher will obtain a positive impact to be a quality college.Keywords: Long Life Education Program and University Islam Swasta.

Abstract

Analisis kajian metode untuk dijadikan model pembelajaran perlu dilakukan agar para  pebelajar dapat mendesaian rancangan pembelajarannya yang mengacu secara holistik membangun kepribadian siswa memiliki kompetensi tujuan Pendidikan Nasional. Kajian ini menganalisis indikator perilaku pembelajaran implementasi metode Quntum Teaching berasakan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003.  Proses pembelajaran dengan mengamalkan indikator metode Quantum Teaching dalam aktivitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakannya memberdayakan kompetensi tujuan Pendidikan Nasional mengalami proses internalisasi di dalam kepribadian siswa secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Quantum Teaching, pembelajaran, pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

Kompetensi Pedagogik adalah kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki seorang Guru Profesional. Kompetensi paedagogik merupakan praksis perilaku kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Perilaku kerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dilandasi demgam pijakan teoretis kompoen kompetensi paedagogik sebagai berikut : karakteristik peserta didik, teori belajar dan prinsip‐prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik, Pengembangan kurikulum, Kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik dan pengenbangan potensi peserta didik peserta didik dapat mengaktualisasikan potensinya seoptimal mungkin melalui proses pembelajaran

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove the improvement of reading skills of Al-Azhar University law students through the e-Museum. A post-test research design with only a control design is the quantitative experimental approach used in this method. Primary school students in the second grade served as the study population; they were split evenly into two groups (20 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group). The normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t-test are the data analysis methods used to determine the value of Sig. (2-tailed), where a value of 0.000 0.05 indicates that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. There were also notable differences between the control and experimental groups. It concluded that the e-Museum could help law students in their anthropological classes become better readers. This means that everyone accessing the E-museum needs to pay close attention to its digitally recorded and easily accessible archive of historically significant, scientifically significant, and culturally significant visual and aural materials.
