Abstract

Abstract: Incentives are generally used to describe wage payments associated with indirect compensation systems based on librarian productivity standards. The purpose of providing incentives is to motivate librarians to work better in achieving library goals by offering financial and non-financial incentives to increase productivity. However, many things such as the existence of librarian complaints about the provision of incentives are not in accordance with the performance of the librarian so that it affects the librarian's work productivity. Therefore, this paper will try to look at providing incentives for the productivity of the work of librarians who will also be viewed from an Islamic perspective. Keywords: Relationship Giving Insenstif, Islamic perspective perspectiveAbstrak :  Insentif pada umumnya digunakan untuk menggambarkan pembayaran upah yang dikaitkan dengan sistem kompensasi tidak langsung berdasarkan standar produktivitas pustakawan. Tujuan dari pemberian insentif adalah untuk memotivasi pustakawan agar bekerja lebih baik dalam pencapaian tujuan perpustakaan dengan menawarkan perangsang finansial dan non-finansial untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Namun, Banyak hal seperti adanya keluhan-keluhan pustakawan tentang pemberian  insentif tidak sesuai dengan kinerja pustakawan sehingga berpengaruh dalam produktivitas kerja pustakawan. Maka dari itu, tulisan ini akan mencoba melihat pemberian insentif terhadap produktifitas kerja pustakawan yang juga akan ditinjau dari sudut pandang Islam.Kata Kunci : Hubungan Pemberian Insenstif, Insenstif perspektif Islam
