Abstract

Tujuan -- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisa pengaruh label halal, Citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah diwilayah kota bengkalis. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Sampel sebesar 82 responden menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling yang daimbil dari kosumen kosmetik merek wardah di Kota Bengkalis. Hasil – hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel label halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusa pembelian. variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Originalitas (Novelty)- Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan pengaruh label halal, Citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah diwilayah kota bengkalis. Implikasi – Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan kosmetik, terutama merek Wardah, untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dengan memperhatikan label halal, citra merek, dan harga, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan produk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi konsumen di Kota Bengkalis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of products, service quality and sales promotions on increasing sales according to an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis. A sample of 96 respondents used an accidental sampling technique taken from UMKM Bakeries located in Bengkalis-Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. Results show that the product quality label variable has an effect on increasing sales. The service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales. The sales promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales. This research seeks to reveal the influence of products, service quality and sales promotions on increasing sales according to an Islamic economic perspective. This research provides important insights for MSME Bakeries located in Bengkalis-Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, to understand the factors that influence increased sales. By paying attention to product quality, service quality and sales promotions, you can optimize the sales strategy and product development of UMKM Bakery to meet the needs and preferences of consumers in Bengkalis City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of UPZ in collecting zakat at BAZNAS Siak Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach where the results of the study are expected to be the basis for solving or resolving a problem. According to the level of explanation, this study is an explanatory research where this study is conducted to find answers to why and how to a problem. The results of the study show that internal factors (policies, strategies and human resource development) have a significant influence on UPZ in collecting zakat. Likewise, external factors (public awareness to pay zakat, implementation of the Zakat Regulation, differences in public perception in paying zakat and economic conditions) influence the performance of UPZ in collecting zakat at BAZNAS Siak Regency. This study attempts to analyze in depth the factors that influence the performance of UPZ in collecting zakat at BAZNAS Siak Regency. For BAZNAS Siak Regency, this study has benefits to strengthen the performance of UPZ in collecting zakat in the work areas of each UPZ.
