Abstract

Salah satu penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah atau satuan pendidikan, tidak hanya sarana penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan (transfer knowledge) tetapi juga penanaman nilai karakter (transfer of values), sehingga generasi yang dilahirkan bisa membangun, menciptakan dan mengondisikan suasana lingkungan sekolah berkarakter terutama peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lebih mendalam bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah pada satuan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Telkom School. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam mendapatkan data yakni menggunakan teknik interview, observasi dan studi pustaka, catatan lapangan dan studi pustaka. Data yang terkumpul dideskripsikan dan dianalisis melalui reduksi data secara naratif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang diimplementasikan di lingkungan Telkom School,  mengacu pada YPT Way yang merupakan sebuah budaya organisasi di dalam lingkungan kerja yang terdapat di dalam Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom. YPT Way merupakan sebuah budaya yang diadopsi dari budaya Telkom yang memiliki delapan (8) nilai, yaitu yang terdiri dari Key Behaviors ; Practice To Be Winner (Integrity, Harmony and Excellent), Core Value ; Principle To be Star (Solid, Speed, Smart), and Basic Belief  the best All way The Best, Philosophi To be The Best (Enthusiasm Totality).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the readiness and ability of teachers to face information and communication technology-based learning in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The research method in this article is qualitative. The type is literature research, and the data analysis is descriptive analysis. Data obtained from library research. The data collection technique used by this researcher is a literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study use qualitative analysis techniques in a deductive way. Technology is developing exponentially, changing the way humans move, communicate, communicate and interact. Especially now that there is an era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 known as the era of disruption. Education is one aspect affected by RI 4.0. Learning 4.0 requires a technological approach as a tool in the learning process. Teachers need to interconnect with subjects to gain relevant learning experiences. Teachers have only mastered basic applications commonly used daily, but are reluctant to learn to use new applications that can facilitate their work. Teachers in the digital era must have a mindset. In connection with that, teachers are required to be good at using technology in learning. The use of technology in learning is a necessity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berupa Papan Hitung Perkalian guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II di SDIT Utama Insani Kecamatan Panongan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, dan distribusi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu Rombel A dengan 10 siswa dan Rombel B dengan 24 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa media ini memiliki tingkat validitas sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 90 dari ahli materi, 80 dari ahli desain media, dan 84 dari ahli media, yang semuanya tergolong layak digunakan. Kepraktisan media berdasarkan tanggapan siswa juga tergolong tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 86,7. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Papan Hitung Perkalian dinyatakan efektif dan efisien sebagai media pembelajaran matematika di kelas II Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The success of learning cannot be separated from the role of a teacher. Learning motivation needs to be provided as a positive encouragement that helps students achieve learning goals. The low learning motivation of VB class students in Arts and Culture lessons can affect students' personal and social development. This research aims to describe and analyze the role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in Arts and Culture lessons in class VB at SD Negeri Pondok Jagung 01. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in the Arts and Culture subject class VB at Pondok Jagung 01 State Elementary School has been implemented well, including 1) Teachers as motivators, 2) Teachers as facilitators and 3) Teachers as learning managers. The motivation given is in the form of praise, providing learning facilities according to student needs and classroom management that supports student creativity physically in the classroom and in the learning process. The class teacher's strategy is to give rewards, create cooperation and design fun learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the creativity of drawing students in grade IV through the free expression method in the subject of art and culture at Pasir Awi Elementary School, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a narrative method with a qualitative approach. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through Miles and Huberman model analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) the steps of the free expression method on the creativity of drawing students in grade IV by teachers, namely the teacher offers and determines the theme, the teacher determines the choice of tools/materials, the teacher explains the form of drawing activities, the teacher provides motivation and communicates. (2) creativity in drawing through the free expression method in grade IV students of Pasir Awi Elementary School, Tangerang Regency from 35 students, those who have a score of 80-100 are included in the high category, totaling 8 students with a percentage of 23%. Students who have a score of 60-79 are included in the medium category, totaling 17 students with a percentage of 48%. Then students who have a score <60 are included in the low category, totaling 10 students with a percentage of 29%. So it can be concluded that the creativity of drawing of grade IV students through the free expression method is classified as moderate (48%) as many as 17 students out of a total of 35 students.
