Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze qiyas as a legal istinbath method and its relevance to Islamic economics. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The type of research data used is secondary data. The research data is presented qualitatively-descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that qiyas has four main pillars, namely ashl, far, 'illat, and original law. So in the development of Islamic economics, qiyas as a legal istinbath method has applications in various ways, including in leasing (ijarah) with buying and selling, qiyas Ajir (people who rent out their labor) with al-wakil bil ujrah (people who are given authority in exchange for wages), qiyas khiyar naqd with khiyar syarth, qiyas bank interest on the practice of usury, and qiyas the practice of money changer which is qiyas by buying and selling medium of exchange.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the internalization of religious moderation in the world of education in order to create harmonious social conditions for the development of the religious character of students. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The type of data in this study is secondary data obtained using the literature study method. Presentation of results and discussion in this study using qualitative methods. Based on the results of the analysis and debate, it can be stated that there are two ways that may be employed in internalizing the idea of religious moderation in education, namely the religious approach and the Pancasila approach because both have significance to each other. It is hoped that with the moderation of religion that is developed in the world of education, it will shape the character of students who are more developed, not anti-developmental and different, which in the next stage will form social harmony and accelerate national development in various strategic sectors.Keywords: Internalization, Education, Religious Moderation, Character. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis internalisasi moderasi beragama dalam dunia pendidikan guna menciptakan kondisi sosial yang harmonis demi pembanguan karakter beragama peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang didapat menggunakan metode studi literatur. Penyajian hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua cara pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam menginternalisasi ide moderasi beragama dalam dunia pendidikan, yaitu pendekatan agama dan pendekatan Pancasila karena keduanya memiliki relevansi satu sama lain. Diharapkan dengan adanya moderasi agama yang dikembangkan dalam dunia pendidikan akan membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih berkembang, tidak anti perkembangan dan perbedaan, yang pada tahap selanjutnya akan membentuk sosial yang harmonis dan mempercepat pembangunan nasional dalam berbagai sektor strategis.Kata Kunci: Internalisasi, Pendidikan, Moderasi Beragama, Karakter.
