@font-face{ font-family:"Times New Roman"; } @font-face{ font-family:"宋体"; } p.MsoNormal{ mso-style-name:Normal; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0pt; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-family:'Times New Roman'; font-size:12,0000pt; } p.MsoFooter{ mso-style-name:Footer; margin:0pt; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-family:'Times New Roman'; font-size:12,0000pt; } span.msoIns{ mso-style-type:export-only; mso-style-name:""; text-decoration:underline; text-underline:single; color:blue; } span.msoDel{ mso-style-type:export-only; mso-style-name:""; text-decoration:line-through; color:red; } @page{mso-page-border-surround-header:no; mso-page-border-surround-footer:no;}@page Section0{ } div.Section0{page:Section0;}Al Ma’soem STKOM is one of the Universities under the auspices of the Al Ma’soem Bandung Foundation. STKOM has two study programs, namely Information Systems (S1 & D3) and Accounting Information Systems (D3). With the existence of similar Colleges, it is a challenge for STM Al Ma’soem to increase the number of new Student Candidates (PCMs) each year by increasing the competitive advantage of other Universities. Al Ma'soem's STKOM currently uses information systems in website-based academic and promotional services, but does not yet have an information system strategic plan that can certainly be left behind by other competitors if IS / IT strategic planning is not used in carrying out academic services and activities. PCM. This study aims to analyze and design frameworks of strategic information systems planning to increase the number of PCM and competitive advantage. In this study carried out with the John Ward methodology approach, Pepprad. The methodology used consists of two stages. 1. Stages of input, including: Analysis of the internal business environment, Analysis of the external business environment, internal SI / IT environmental analysis, external IS / IT environment analysis. 2. Output stages, including: Business SI Strategy, IT Strategy and IS / IT Management Strategy. The results of the IS / IT strategic planning are in the form of application portfolios, which are expected to be implemented according to the information system requirements for the next five years. The results of this study are expected to be beneficial for all parties, among others, for the Al Ma'soem STKOM, the PCM Committee, the academic community, namely Managers, Lecturers, Students and Prospective Students. so that increased competitive advantage can be more effective and efficient which can increase the number of new PCMs every year.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan perkuliahan praktikum yang ada di STKOM Al Ma’soem adalah matakuliah Java Fundamental. Matakuliah ini merupakan salah satu matakuliah penting dan wajib yang harus dipahami oleh mahasiswa yang ingin mempelajari bahasa pemograman berbasis objek (OOP). Dalam kegiatan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental, menggunakan dua buah software aplikasi yaitu : Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot. Metode pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara penyampaian teori oleh Dosen kurang lebih dua puluh menit, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktikum yang materi dan panduannya ada pada modul dan video yang didownload dari Youtube. Modul kuliah yang ada sekarang masih disajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Inggris yang bersumber pada website Oracle Academy, hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya referensi yang menyajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia. Adapun video yang didownload dari Youtube, isi materinya belum lengkap dan tidak memiliki tahapan materi setiap pertemuannya.Dalam rancang bangun video tutorial ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia. Dimana metode multimedia ini terdiri dari enam tahapan, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution.Hasil akhir dari rancang bangun video turial ini, menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi multimedia interaktif yang bisa dijalankan di perangkat komputer dan Handphone Android. Dimana penggambaran hasilnya disajikan dalam project multimedia dan preview program aplikasi. Sedangkan untuk perangkat pengembangannya menggunakan usecase diagram dan storyboard.Dengan adanya video turial pembelajaran Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot pada matakuliah Java fundamental, diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada kegiatan belajar mengajar perkuliahan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental di STKOM Al Ma’soem. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempelajari materi tersebut di luar jam perkuliahan.

Abstract

Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). At present Ma'soem University has four Faculties, namely the Faculties: Computers, Faperta, Islamic Business Economics, Teacher Training and Education. With the increasing number of new students every year around 350 people per class, the Ma'soem University finance department must have an information system design that can help and facilitate financial acceptance and report preparation so that it can be produced quickly. The finance department of Ma'soem University is currently using its manual financial management system, where every student who makes a payment is recorded on a proof of payment invoice which is then recapitulated for financial statements. Based on these considerations, it is deemed necessary to design a financial information system that is expected to help facilitate the process of payment of education costs at Ma’soem University.In this Education Fee Payment Information System Design, the writer uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development life cycle method, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, code, testing and implementation.The design of this information system is expected to handle the payment of tuition fees with various facilities, namely: can facilitate the search for data of students who have not paid tuition fees, can avoid duplication of data and calculation errors in education costs and is expected to present reports of tuition payment payments quickly and automatically.Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). Abstract

In recording population data at Puri Cendekia 1 Jatinangor Housing conducted by the Head of RT, it is still done conventionally. This raises several problems, namely: difficulties in knowing occupant / resident data information that can only be known by the head of the RT, so that many residents of the complex do not know their neighbors, recording and information services of the community in a complex environment is still limited by space and time, so that if there is a need from the community can only be done at certain hours, conventional records in the population book are at risk of damage and loss of data. In this research the system development method used is using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model, which consists of several stages, namely: Business Modeling, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment. As for the system development tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. With the design of a Mobile Web-based community information system, it is expected to be able to: Make it easier in finding data on residents of housing complexes, Simplify data collection and community services without being limited by space and time, Avoiding damage and loss of data.
