Abstract

Indonesia konsumsi garam rata-rata masyarakat 15 gram/hari sedangkan dalam anjuran WHO maksimal 6gram atau satu sendok teh dalam sehari dan dapat memicu munculnya masalah hipertensi khusunya pada lansia, jika tidak didukung dari keluarga . Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui “Dukungan Family Cregiver pada lansia maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Dukungan Family caregiver dengan Kepatuahn Diet Rendah Garam Pada Lansia di Kelurahan Ngilir Kecamatan Kota Kendal”Jumlah lansia 70 yang berusia 60 tahun keatas dengan family caregiver masing-masing. Penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dukungan rata-rata tidak baik 36 (51,4%) tidak patuh 41 (58,6%) lebih banyak yang tidak patuh. Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan family caregiver dengan kepatuhan lansia konsumsi garam dengan diatas nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05). Kata kunci : dukungan family caregiver, diet rendah garam, lansia FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT WITH LOW SALT DIET COMPLIANCE IN ELDERLY ABSTRACT Indonesia has an average salt consumption of 15 grams / day while the WHO recommends a maximum of 6 grams or one teaspoon a day and can trigger hypertension problems especially in the elderly, if not supported by the family. The purpose of this study is to find out "Family Cregiver Support in the elderly, researchers are interested in conducting a study entitled" Family Caregiver Support with Low Salt Diet Management in the Elderly in Ngilir Village, Kendal City District "Number of elderly 70 aged 60 years and over with family caregiver each. Analytical research methods with cross section approach. The results of the average support were not good 36 (51.4%) were not compliant 41 (58.6%) more were not compliant.
