Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan softskills dan kompensasi dan kinerja serta menganalisis pengaruh softskills dan kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatori. Tipeeinvestigasi dalam penelitianiini adalah kausalitas. Unitt analisis para pegawai Departement MOOS di PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang pegawai. Timehhorizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional serta metode analisis yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi dan analisis jalur.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditemukan bahwa softskills pegawai Departement MOOS di PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia sudah tergolong sangat tinggi kompensasi yang diterima Pegawai Departement MOOS di PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia sudah tepat, Pegawai Departement MOOS di PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia memiliki kinerja yang tinggi, softskills dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Departement MOOS di PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia, serta pengaruhnya positif. Namun secara parsial kompensasi dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai daripada motivasi. Kompensasi lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, karena menjadi prioritas pertama perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. maka pihak perusahaan disarankan memberikan kompensasi yang sesuai ketentuan dengan meningkatkan tunjangan-tunjangan lain, sehingga mereka mampu bekerja lebih professional. Kata Kunci: Softskill, Kompensasi, Kinerja, Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe softskills and compensation and performance and analyze the effect of soft skills and compensation on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey methods. The tip of investigation in this research is causality. Unitt analysis of MOOS Department employees at PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia with a population of 30 employees. Timehhorizon in this study is cross sectional and the analysis method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the softskills of the Department of MOOS employees at PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia has been classified as very high compensation received by MOOS Department Employees at PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia is right, MOOS Department employees at PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia has high performance, softskills and compensation affect the performance of the MOOS Department Employees at PT. AJ Manulife Indonesia, and its positive influence. But partially dominant compensation affects employee performance rather than motivation. Compensation is more dominant in influencing employee performance, because it is the company's first priority in improving employee performance. then the company is advised to provide compensation in accordance with the provisions by increasing other benefits, so they are able to work more professionally. Abstract

This study aims to provide a response to an alternative review of tourism-based communities as an effort to contribute to the state and small communities with breakthroughs in economic acceleration and poverty alleviation programs for local communities in tourist villages throughout the Riau Islands province. In contrast and normatively, the division of tourism concepts cannot be separated from branding and regional characteristics of cultural and ethnic concepts. Technological intervention indicates that there is a schematic and constructive relationship pattern related to the differentiation of the need for tourism consumption which is the fruit of the concept of community based tourism. Researcher contextually, namely there are three supporting dimensions that provide a strong foundation for the program to improve the economic construct of local communities in the province of Riau Islands, namely Branding, tourism-based communities, the existence of the surrounding community, community creativity and stakeholders in it. This study uses a quantitative survey method with samples taken from 160 tourism village residents who have used digital technology related to product marketing for the branding process of local areas for visitors to tourist attractions in the Riau Islands province. This research is a survey research where the data analysis process uses Structure Equation Model analysis with a continuous analysis base pattern.
