Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard has been shown to be a valuable tool for management control in organization, particulary in the current context where continuous improvement of results and level of quality is demanded in both the private and public spheres. The Balanced Scorecard is a measurement and management system that views a business unit’s performance from four perspectives includes financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth.This research was analyzed using Balanced Scorecard Analysis, Liquidity Ratio Analysis, PEST Analysis and SWOT Analysis. The Analysis to explore more detail about the measurement of business performance from four perspectives includes financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth at PT. XYZ Tbk. This research concludes that Balanced Scorecard measurement gives the company more detail about its business performance, and enable the company to create strategies which linked in Balanced Scorecard perspectives in term to increase stakeholders value.

Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to analyze PT X, a chemical distribution company, and find which strategy  can help this company increase sales and survive in competition. First with analyzes the external environmental conditions and advantages possessed by PT X. Then with the SOAR method combine with Offensive and Defensive Competitive Strategy, position and strategy for PT  X can be determine. This strategy can help PT X maximize  internal strength and take advantages of existing opportunities from external  to meet the aspirations and wishes of stakeholders. The conclusion of this thesis found that PT X is follower and need to use attack strategy,   which can increase market share.  Increase number of customers, increase type of products, and improve service also key factors which can make PT X increase sales.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatnya kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia memaksa masyarakat untuk melaksanakan program 3M (Memakai Masker, Mencuci Tangan dan Menjaga Jarak). Tujuan dari PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyaakat)  adalah mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dengan membuat Produk Hand Wash. Yang selanjutnya bisa dikembangkan sebagai Produk Usaha untuk membantu Perekonomian Desa Cihujan. Memproduksi hand wash merupakan peluang usaha yang cukup baik, apalagi dengan kondisi seperti ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatan: Penyuluhan, diskusi dan simulasi. Pada kegiatan ini tim pengabdian dan mitra melakukan pelatihan pembuatan sabun pencuci tangan (hand wash) berbasis UMKM. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk ceramah yang dilanjutkan dengan eksperimen langsung dan tanya jawab. Praktek cara pembuatan pembuatan sabun cuci tangan (hand wash).  Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi selain pengajaran dan Penelitian. Dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diharapkan keberadaan Perguruan Tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Hand Wash, dan UMKM                                                                                                                ABSTRACT The increasing number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia has forced the public to carry out the 3M program (Wearing Masks, Washing Hands and Maintaining Distance). The purpose of PKM (Community Service) is to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by making Hand Wash Products. Which can then be developed as a Business Product to help the Cihujan Village Economy. Producing hand wash is a good business opportunity, especially in these conditions. The method used in this Community Service is through the following activities: Extension, discussion and simulation. In this activity the community service team and partners conducted training in making hand wash soap based on UMKM. The training is given in the form of lectures followed by direct experiments and questions and answers. Practice how to make hand wash soap. This Community Service Activity is one of the Tri Darma of Higher Education in addition to teaching and research. With the existence of Community Service activities, it is hoped that the existence of Higher Education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to the community. Keywords: Covid-19, Hand Wash, and UMKM
