Abstract

Seluruh negara di dunia sedang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, termasuk Indonesia. Hal tersebut memberi dampak negatif pada keseluruhan sektor, terutama bidang ekonomi. Kondisi dunia seperti itu membatasi aktivitas masyarakat seluruh dunia termasuk Kota Batam hanya dalam rumah. Dengan adanya perkembangan dalam inovasi teknologi digital dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kegiatan keseharian manusia mulai terbantu oleh teknologi-teknologi tersebut. Salah satu kegiatan tersebut adalah bidang pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM. Kegiatan ini membahas tentang penerapan pemasaran digital bagi UMKM Ngombe Kopi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian impresi pada masyarakat umum melalui sosial media dan mencapai peningkatan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup pengoptimalan media sosial (Instagram) melalui penerapan konten inovatif dengan kreasi company profile, post dan story feeds, penambahan fasilitas Board Games, melakukan Rebranding dan mengikuti tren terkini

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a general corporate movement that is responsible to various stakeholders who benefit society. The purpose of this study is first to determine the relationship between company characteristics, namely company size, leverage, profitability, industry and company age with the disclosure of social responsibility of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX); second, to determine the relationship between the level of corporate social responsibility disclosure with several audit variables such as tenure of the audit firm and the size of the audit firm. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between company size, leverage, industry and audit firm size on CSR.

Abstract

PT. Xinhe Plastic Silicone is a company that is growing rapidly in Batam City which is engaged in the industrial sector that produces various types of silicone which currently has the aim of having an efficient supply system compared to now. Inventory in a company is something important. Based on the results of research that has been done in the company, the company's inventory system has been changed from an excel system to an access system that produces useful data for every user of that information. In this study, it is hoped that business owners will continue to use the inventory recording system with Microsoft Office Access in order to be able to make inventory reports accurately and precisely.
