Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the main problems that concerned by both the government agencies and the public is the spread of the virus in crowded areas/locations through objects that are often touched by many people. One of the locations that is prone to the spread of the Covid-19 virus is a food restaurant that is crowded with customers. Transactions carried out by customers increase the risk of spreading the virus in the restaurant through door handles, tables, chairs, water taps, or even money. This research was conducted to reduce the risk of spreading the covid-19 virus by implementing a handless pump system on hand sanitizers. One location that applies the results of this research is Kedai Ramly which is located in Bengkong District, Batam Island. Driven by the owner's great sense of responsibility and empathy, the use of a handless pump system has been successfully implemented. The implementation shows satisfactory results as evidenced by the increasing customer trust in the hygiene standards applied at Kedai Ramly.

Abstract

Astakona Anugerah Abadi merupakan sebuah perusahaan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dalam bidang ekspor-impor kayu palet. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi oleh Astakona Anugerah Abadi ialah kesulitan dalam pencatatan produk dan transmigrasi data per bagian divisi, alhasil memakan banyak waktu yang dapat digantikan oleh kegiatan yang lain. Pada penelitian ini penulis mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan sentuhan digital dalam sistem pencatatan dari penggunaan kertas serta meminimalisir penggunaan kertas menjadi sistem elektronik berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode XP. Extreme Programming merupakan tahapan yang dapat memberikan perencanaan dan umpan balik secara khusus kepada klien sehingga mempermudah dalam pengembangannya dan dapat ditarik kembali jika terdapat kesalahan dalam pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi penjualan, selain itu menghasilkan kesimpulan dan feedback dari klien.

Abstract

This technology is used in various fields that apply information technology, everyone can easily and quickly get new information. Using this technology as a tool that can process data so that product requests ordered by customers can be processed immediately without stock, and if the product is not available then Product Requests will be processed to the production department. Jobs related to information technology, the development of information technology is currently growing so rapidly, starting from industry, education, banking, shops, internet cafes and even households. In designing and developing PT. Astakona Anugerah Abadi the author uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method to facilitate design by dividing into four stages in the form of planning, design, coding and testing each of which is described in the results and discussion. The results of this study are in the form of conclusions and feedback from clients which are then set forth in the form of research.
