Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) functions as a medium for hospital information and hospital management. There are patient medical record data, which is the result of interactions between doctors and sufferer. Medical records are sensitive data so that the security of the hospital management information system needs to be improved to convince users or patients that the data stored on SIMRS is safe at attackers. There are several ways to improve system security, one of which is by threat modeling. Threat modeling aims to identify vulnerabilities and threats that exist in SIMRS. In this paper, threat modeling will use the STRIDE-model. The recognition with the STRIDE-model will then be analyzed and sorted according to the modeling with the STRIDE method. After the analysis is complete, it will be calculated and given a rating based on the DREAD method's assessment. The STRIDE method's results show that there are several threats identified, such as there is one threat on the user side, the webserver is five threats, and the database is three threats. The level of the threat varies from the lowest-level (LowL) to the highest-level (HiL). Based on the threat level, it can be a guide and sequence in improving and improving the security system at SIMRS, starting from the LowL to the HiL.

Abstract

Teknologi internet sudah banyak diterapkan pada berbagai perusahaan salah satunya pada perbankan. Penerapan teknologi internet perbankan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan menurunkan biaya operasional perusahaan. Selain itu, nasabah juga dimudahkan untuk melakukan transaksi online dimanapun dan kapanpun. Namun keamanan informasi menjadi issue utama dalam penerapan teknologi internet dalam perbankan, dan pada awal tahun 2018 dunia dikejutkan dengan terjadinya pencurian data  melalui mesin ATM di 64 negara dan 13 diantaranya bank swasta dan milik pemerintah indonesia. Akibat dari kejadian tersebut bank swasta dan bank milik negara mengalami kerugian senilai 18 miliar rupiah. Tujuan dari makalah ini yaitu bagaimana mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kejahatan perbankan berdasarkan peneliti sebelumnya serta bagaimana cara pencegahan dan penanggulangan tindak kejahatan pada perbankan. Dan hasil dari analisis terhadap beberapa penelitian tersebut terdapat 3 teknik kejahatan siber yang sering digunakan yaitu skimming, hacking dan malware. Dari ketiga jenis teknik kejahatan tersebut terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menanggulangi kejahatan pada perbankan yaitu dengan penerapan triple otentikasi, biometric dan smart card.

Abstract

Attendance is an important part of every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every activity carried out. Like attendance at SMK Negeri 1 Sambelia which still uses the manual method (signature), this method is very vulnerable for an educational institution because of the level of discipline that cannot be controlled and can be misused by irresponsible people, other losses that may arise in manual attendance system is a data recapitulation that still takes a lot of time and effort. The purpose of this study is to design and build an android application that makes it easier for teachers to carry out the attendance process at school, the type of research used is qualitative and the results of this study are applications that utilize the Qr Code as the main component in helping the attendance process. The research method in this study is qualitative research where the data obtained are mostly descriptive of the observations that have been made, then the data will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this application still has many shortcomings that need to be developed again, it is very necessary for the role of IT students to help the development of digital technology in making attendance easier. Based on the application testing that has been carried out, the presentations of Strongly Agree 22.2%, Agree = 38.8%, Neutral = 25.9%, Disagree = 6.4%. Based on the presentation, the application made is quite good, although there are some shortcomings that must be improved.

Abstract

Perubahan jadwal kuliah yang tidak terinformasikan secara tepat waktu sering menjadi kendala dalam kelancaran proses belajar mengajar di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik yang terintegrasi dengan SMS Gateway sebagai media penyampaian informasi perubahan jadwal kuliah kepada mahasiswa secara cepat dan efisien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta diintegrasikan dengan modul SMS Gateway berbasis Gammu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengirimkan informasi perubahan jadwal secara otomatis dan tepat waktu kepada mahasiswa yang terdaftar. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan komunikasi akademik antara pihak kampus dan mahasiswa menjadi lebih efektif dalam menginformasikan perubahan jadwal perkuliahan. Sistem ini juga memberikan solusi praktis dalam penyampaian informasi massal tanpa harus bergantung pada koneksi internet mahasiswa.

Abstract

General elections constitute a fundamental pillar of democracy, necessitating objective and transparent administration mechanisms, particularly through the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS). This research develops a web-based decision support system (DSS) to facilitate the Voting Committee (PPS) in selecting KPPS members utilizing the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The system was designed employing the Waterfall development model with web-based architecture implemented through PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. The findings indicate that the system significantly enhances objectivity and transparency in the KPPS member selection process. The system proves to be effective, readily adaptable, and substantially improves organizational accountability.
