Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Metode LAMBUNG TA terhadap Minat Membaca Peserta Didik Kelas III SDN No. 51 Lauwa. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen digunakan pada penelitian ini. Populasinya adalah peserta didik kelas III yang berjumlah 15 peserta didik, dengan sampel berjumlah 15 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 4 peserta didik laki-laki dan 11 peserta didik perempuan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, angket dan dokuementasi. Dari analisis data diperoleh uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov yaitu 0.200. Hasil data analisis uji paired samples test menunjukan bahwa nilai T yaitu -3.644- dengan df yaitu 14. Berdasarkan criteria, jika p –value < ? (0.05), then H0 (Hipotesis nol) di tolak dan HA (Hipotesis Alternatif) di terima. Itu berarti bahwa adanya pengaruh metode Lompat Sambung Kata terhadap minat membaca pada kelas III antara pre-test dan post-test. Maka P-value yaitu 0.000 < ? (0.05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh metode lambunta terhadap minat membaca peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing a Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based IPAS e-module on elementary school students’ conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. The problem underlying this study is the low level of students’ conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 31 students divided into a control class and an experimental class. The instruments used included a conceptual understanding test and a critical thinking skills questionnaire. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental class compared to the control class. The average posttest score in the experimental class (31.47) was higher than that of the control class (23.44), with a gain of 10.94 in the experimental class and 2.88 in the control class. The hypothesis test results showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table value, and the significance value was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The conclusion of this study is that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based IPAS e-module is effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. This study implies that the integration of learning technology and problem-based models can improve the quality of IPAS learning in elementary schools and support the development of 21st-century skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using Digital Interactive Boards (DIB) on fifth-grade elementary school students’ literacy comprehension of intrinsic elements. The main problem in this study is the low ability of students to understand the intrinsic elements of texts due to the use of less interactive learning methods. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class, selected using a cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used was a test of comprehension of the intrinsic elements of texts. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class increased significantly from 55.15 to 92.08, while the control class increased from 54.47 to 68.13. The paired sample t-test results indicated a significant improvement in both groups, but the improvement was higher in the experimental class. In addition, the independent sample t-test results showed a significant difference between the two groups (Sig. < 0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of Digital Interactive Boards (DIB) has a significant effect on improving students’ literacy comprehension of intrinsic elements. This study implies that the integration of technology in learning can improve the effectiveness and equity of students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, DIB can be used as an innovative alternative learning medium to improve the quality of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.
