<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSThis research aims to understand the influence of (1) Investment opportunities and profitability its policies dividend at LQ45 company,(2) Investment opportunities its policies dividend at LQ45 company,(3) profitability against its policies dividend at LQ45 company. Methods used in research is descriptive methods and verifikatif with the quantitative approach. This research using analysis techniques multiple regression, to test the influence of independent variable dependent on used the F and the standard significant t on 0,05. The result showed that investment opportunities and profitability influential simultaneously against its policies dividend at LQ45 company. Investment opportunities no effect on a partial against its policies dividend at LQ45 company, profitability no effect on a partial against its policies dividend at LQ45 companyKeywords: Investment, Profitability, Dividend PolicyABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pengaruh kesempatan investasi dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kesempatan investasi terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda, untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap dependen dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesempatan investasi dan profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45. Kesempatan investasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45.
