Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Talent management dan Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terrhadap kinerja pengelolaan arsip di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Dki Jakarta dengan Kepuasaan kerja sebagai Variable moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan karyawati PJLP dari Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Dki Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode accidental sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 182 Responden. Data yang digunakan metode kuesioner yang terdiri dari beberapa pertanyaan yang dipakai sebagai pedoman untuk mengadakan tanya jawab dengan responden mengenai pengaruh talent management dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja pengelolaan arsip di dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan dengan kepuasaan kerja sebagai variable moderating. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan SEM PLS. Data sekunder data dapat diperoleh dari jurnal-jurnal peneliti terdahulu.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Talent Management berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Kepuasaaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Moderasi kepuasaan kerja memperlemah pengaruh Talent management terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Moderasi kepuasaan kerja memperlemah  pengaruh dari Organizational Citizenship terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode Hair adalah tergantung pada jumlah indikator dikali 5 sampai 10 pada variabel penelitian.Kata kunci : Talent Management, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja, Kepuasaan  Kerja.                                                        ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of Talent management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of archive management in the Department of Library and Archives of DKI Jakarta Province with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all employees and female workers of PJLP from the Department of Library and Archives Dki Jakarta Province. The sampling method used in this study is the accidental sampling method. The population in the study was 182 respondents. The data used was a questionnaire method consisting of several questions that were used as a guide for conducting questions and answers with respondents about the influence of talent management and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of archives management in the library and archiving services with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. Data processing method using SEM PLS. Secondary data data can be obtained from previous research journals.Keywords: Talent Management, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), performance, job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that Talent Management has a negative effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction moderation weakens the influence of Talent management on employee performance, Job satisfaction moderation weakens the influence. from Organizational Citizenship to employee performance. Hair method is dependent on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10 on the research variable.Keywords : Talent Management, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Performance, Job Satisfaction.
