ABSTRAKPenelitian tentang pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan pelaksanaan shift kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan standar operasional prosedur sebagai variabel moderating. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutu dan pelaksanaan sistem shift kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan standar operasional prosedur sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. Pan Maritime Wira Pawitra Jakarta. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel independen terdiri dari pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutu dan shift kerja, sedangkan variabel moderating dalah standar operasional kerja. Metode pengambilan sempel dengan menggunakan sampling sebanyak 74 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS Versi 3. Tahapan perhitungan PLS 3 Menggunakan 2 model yaitu (Outer Model) Pengukuran Model dan (Inner Model) Pengujian Model Struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, pelaksanaan shift kerja negatif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, standar operasional prosedur positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Moderasi standar operasional prosedur terhadap sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, moderasi standar operasional prosedur terhadap pelaksanaan shift kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Pelaksanaan Shift Kerja, Standar Operasional Prosedur Dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Research on the effect of implementing a quality management system and implementing work shifts on employee work productivity with standard operating procedures as moderating variables. Stages of PLS 3 calculations Using 2 models namely (Outer Model) Measurement Model and (Inner Model) Testing of Structural Models. The results of this study are that the quality management system has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, the implementation of negative work shifts is not significant for employee work productivity, positive standard operating procedures are significant for employee work productivity. Moderation of operational standard procedures for quality management systems has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, moderating operational standard procedures on the implementation of work shifts has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Implementation of Quality Management Systems, Implementation of Work Shifts, Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Productivity
