Abstract

The background problem of this study is the existence of violations of the rules of conduct committed by students in Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah Lumajang school, on the other hand, guidance and counseling services in schools are entrusted to BK teachers to help and guide students to better and prevent students from doing more violation. This research is focused on the application of counseling services to students who violate school rules. While the objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine the Application of Counseling Services to Students Who Violated School Rules in Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah Lumajang. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interview methods and documentation methods. The results of this study are that after getting counseling from counseling teachers, students no longer repeat violations of school rules, whether they are minor, moderate, or severe violations. The results of the guidance and counseling applied by the BK teacher is that students become better at obeying school rules and regulations. The services used by BK teachers are individual counseling services, group counseling, and information services. It is expected that in implementing the guidance and counseling service by the BK teacher, students can obey the school rules set by the school without being forced to and with self-awareness. Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has continued to progress for the past 89 years. During Abdurrahman Wahid's leadership, NU slowly begin to be known as an organization that is consistent in buildingthe nation. The struggling is carried out through two channels, da’wah and politics. This article is focused on the first channel describing, da’wah, which is the basic principle of the establishment of NU.During Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) leadership, NU developes in field of organization and thought. Gus Dur also succeeded in “creates” NU young intellectuals because they were given the opportunity to develop themselves, especially in the field of thought. Whereas in the internal organization, Gus Dur put his members who have the capacity and quality in various sciences to answer the changing times and the needs of the community. Gus Dur has succeeded in making NU a religious organization in Indonesia known to the world. Abdurrahman invited academics from all over the world to Indonesia, in order learning about NU, and this is one of Abdurrahman's efforts to improve NU managerially. This article uses The theory of Stephan P. Robbins and Marry Coulter about management, which includes; planning (planning), organizing (organiszing), leadership (leading) and control (controling). At the end of this arcticle, there are some conclusions; (1) Planning: returning to the 1926 Khittah. NU became a socio-religious organization, focused on education, Islamic da'wah, human resource empowerment, and socio-economic citizens of nahdliyin. The form of establishing LP.Ma'arif, LDNU, Lakpesdam, and the People's Credit Bank (BPR) in collaboration with Bank Suma. (2) Organizing; Gus Dur and the NU board visited the regions to explain the commitment to return to the Khittah and the work program that had been planned and formulated. (3). Leadership: Gus Dur's charismatic leadership style, his own choosing of PBNU officials, Gus Dur explained his ideas, and his thoughts to the administrators to understand, and collaborated with the umara. (4) Control; visiting NU officials at branches and branches regularly, choosing administrators who are experts in the fields of religion, da'wah, education, agriculture, economics, human resources, or professional circles. Abstract

Da'wah has been going on for a long time among inmates in prison. Preaching took place at that place for a long time, namely during the Dutch government around 1917. After Indonesia's independence, the da'wah among prisoners was increasingly enhanced until now. The correctional system can be briefly said as a process of fostering prisoners based on a noble soul, and therefore also regards Prisoners as fellow creatures of God, individuals and members of the community. And in fostering prisoners, their mental life (including their religious life), physical and social life must be developed. With the correctional system, which means a renewal of the system in order to foster a complete human being, it is very necessary to have the right da'wah method, in accordance with and in tune with the correctional system. Penitentiary (Lembaga Pemasyarakatan) is a place to carry out guidance for prisoners and correctional students. Organizational communication is needed to carry out maximum coaching activities to achieve a goal and service that is satisfying for prisoners, as well as being a safe, orderly, free of extortion, drug and cell phone institution. Dai who was given the mandate at Lumajang Class IIB Correctional Institution had fulfilled the criteria of both scientific potential and personality potential so that the method used was in accordance with the madami faced by the prisoners who mostly inhabited the Class IIB Correctional Institution in Lumajang were drug cases. The average drug case is adolescence. The clerics always emphasize lectures on efforts to improve themselves both in the field of skills and personal because it is feared that after leaving the Lumajang Class II Correctional Institution unable to do something that can fulfill life. The challenge faced is the lack of seriousness of prisoners participating in the da'wah activities carried out by the Lumajang Class II Correctional Institution. This is due to prisoners having a level of memory that is tired because of drug addiction. Keywords: Da'wah, Organizational Communication, Penitentiary
