Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Asahan University, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province, with a flat topography, ± 10 meters above sea level. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The tools used in this study were hoes, gembor, automatic handsprayers, treatment plates, reinforcement plates, research banners, plastic ropes, meters, knives, tarpaulins, stationery, scales and calculator. The materials used in this study were Pakchoy mustard seeds, Pak Choy Green and Pak Choy White varieties, Caisim mustard greens, Tosakan variety, Eco Farming fertilizer, Deltrametrin (Decis 2,5 EC) active ingredient insecticide, Mankozed active ingredient fungicide (Dithane M-45 80. WP), and water. This study was compiled based on a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is various varieties of mustard (S) with 3 levels, namely S1 = Sawi Pakchoy Green Pak Choy Variety, S2 = Sawi Pakchoy White Pak Choy Variety, S3 = Sawi Caisim, Tosakan Variety. The second factor is eco-farming fertilizer (E) with 3 levels, namely E0 = 0 ml/liter water/plot, E1 = 2 ml/liter water/plot, and E2 = 4 ml/liter water/plot. The results showed that the use of various mustard varieties singly with Green Pak Choy variety yielded 13.18 cm plant height, 13.69 leaves, 164.83 g biomass weight per plant, 114.83 g production per plant. plot of 1.71 kg. A single application of eco-farming fertilizer with a concentration of 4 ml / liter of water / plot is capable of producing a plant height of 13.61 cm, number of leaves 14.14, biomass weight per plant 172.88 g, production per plant 122.88 g, and production per plot 1.80 kg. The interaction between the use of various mustard varieties and eco-farming fertilizers showed no significant effect on the observed parameters. Keywords:     Eco Farming Fertilizer, Mustard (Brassica chinensis), Green Pak Choy Variety, Tosakan, White Pak Choy
