Abstract

One of the myths that developed in the Yogyakarta Kotagede community, this myth is still believed, preserved, and implemented by local people. The old wringin mythical rituals are performed by people with diverse religious backgrounds, including by a variety of Muslim communities in Kotagede. This fact is an important reason for a study of the myth of aging, because its existence can be accepted and carried out by people with different religious backgrounds. Does the old wringin myth have universal values so that they are respected by the public or full of rituals and beliefs that do not violate the basic principles in certain religions, Islam. Based on these facts, research and explanations related to the myth of wringin senuh are needed to get the facts Wringin sepuh merupakan salah satu mitos yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat Kotagede Yogyakarta, mitos tersebut tetap dipercayai, dilestarikan, dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat setempat. Ritual-ritual mitos wringin sepuh dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan latar belakang agama yang beragam, termasuk oleh mayoritas masyarakat muslim Kotagede. Fakta tersebut menjadi alasan pentingnya dilakukan kajian terhadap mitos wringin sepuh, sebab eksistensinya dapat diterima dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat dengan latar belakang agama yang berbeda-beda. Apakah mitos wringin sepuh memiliki nilai-nilai universal sehinggga diterima halayak umum atau secara ritual dan kepercayaan tidak menyalahi prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam agama-agama, khususnya agama Islam. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibutuhkan penelitian dan penjelasan terkait mitos wringin sepuh secara komprehensif untuk diperoleh fakta-fakta adan alasan mengapa kasus tersebut tersebut dapat terjadi.

Abstract

Like the study of Madura in general, the study of the socio-religious sociology of the people of Errabu Village is a study that cannot be separated from the religious or Islamic aspects of the community because both are entities that always go hand in hand. Moreover, the object of study in research related to the religiosity of the people of Errabu Village, which rationally can be ascertained that religious attitudes are definitely inherent in people's lives. Based on this situation, this research does not examine the religious attitude of the people of Errabu Village in normative religious aspects (worship) but is more specific to the attitude of religiosity which is directly related to the order of life or social relations of the community. So that the data that emerges is information related to the internalization of the Islamic values ​​of the community which then gives birth to attitudes of social altruism or attitudes that contribute directly to social order or people's lives. Sebagaimanan kajian tentang Madura pada umumnya, penelitian tentang sosiologi keagamaan rmasyarakat Desa Errabu merupakan kajian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan aspek keberagamaan atau keislaman masyarakat karena keduanya merupakan entitas yang selalu beriringan. Terlebih fokus kajiannya terkait religiusitas masyarakat Desa Errabu yang secara rasional sudah dapat dipastikan bahwa sikap-sikap religius tersebut sudah inheren dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Berdasar pada situasi tersebut sehingga penelitian ini tidak mengkaji sikap religiusitas masyarakat Desa Errabu pada aspek-aspek keagamaannya secara normatif (ibadah) melainkan lebih spesifik kepada sikap religiusitas yang berkaitan langsung dengan tatanan hidup atau relasi sosial masyarakat. Sehingga data-data yang muncul adalah informasi terkait internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman masyarakat yang kemudian melahirkan sikap altruisme sosial atau sikap-sikap yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap tatanan sosial atau kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Aswaja-based PAI learning is carried out based on the Aswaja values, namely Tawassuth, Tawazzun, Tasammuh and I'tidal. These four characters are instilled using different methods, namely by guidance, habituation and example, which are carried out in different ways, namely some are taught through activities and some are through guidance by providing direction and motivation. The problem raised in this research is, Aswaja-Based PAI Learning in Building the Religious Behavior of Class VII Students at Nasyrul Ulum Middle School, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of building students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative field approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation methods. From this method, researchers then process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this research were taken from 4 informants, school principals, PAI teachers, Aswaja subject teachers and students. For data validity, researchers used data triangulation and techniques. Aswaja-based PAI learning in developing religious behavior is carried out using several methods, namely: 1). Guidance and motivation methods. 2). Habituation method, where students are required to take part in religious activities that are routinely held every day or incidentally. Among the religious activities at school, both daily and incidental. 3). The exemplary method, namely the participation of teachers in every religious activity at school. The supporting factors in this case are completeness of infrastructure, support from the religious environment around the school, and support from student parents. As for the inhibiting factor in this case, some teachers understand how important it is to develop religious behavior based on Aswaja values Pembelajaran PAI berbasis Aswaja dilaksanakan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Aswaja yaitu Tawassuth, Tawazzun, Tasammuh dan I’tidal. Keempat karakter ini ditanamkan dengan metode yang berbeda-beda yaitu dengan metode bimbingan, pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang dilakukan dengan cara berbeda-beda juga yaitu ada yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan dan ada juga yang melalui bimbingan dengan memberikan arahan dan motivasi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah, Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Aswaja Dalam Membangun Perilaku Religius Siswa Kelas VII Di SMP Nasyrul Ulum, serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses membangun karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Dari metode ini, lalu peneliti mengolah dan menganalisis untuk memperoleh data atau informasi. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dari 4 informan, kepala sekolah, guru PAI, guru mata Pelajaran Aswaja serta siswa. Untuk keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data dan tehnik. Adapun Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Aswaja Dalam Membangun Perilaku Religius dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu: 1) Metode bimbingan dan motivasi. 2) Metode` pembiasaan, dimana anak didik itu diwajibkan mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan yang rutin diadakan setiap hari maupun insidentil. Diantara kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah, baik itu harian maupun yang insidentil. 3) Metode ketauladanan, yaitu keikutsertaan para guru dalam setiap kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam hal ini adalah kelengkapan sarana prasarana, dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar sekolah yang agmis, dan dukungan dari wali murid. Adapun untuk faktor penghambat dalam hal ini adalah pemahaman sebagian guru betapa pentingnya membangun perilaku religious yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Aswaja

Abstract

This research focuses on the legal analysis of asset confiscation resulting from corruption from the perspective of justice and human rights. Asset confiscation is seen as an important instrument in recovering state losses and strengthening the anti-corruption system, but its practice raises serious problems related to the protection of individual rights, especially those of well-intentioned third parties. The research method used is normative legal, emphasizing library research, analysis of laws and regulations, international legal instruments, and a review of relevant legal literature. The results indicate a tension between the state's interest in recovering losses from corruption and its obligation to safeguard the basic rights of citizens. Normatively, national regulations have regulated the mechanism for asset confiscation, but there are still implementation weaknesses, overlapping authority between institutions, and the absence of specific regulations regarding non-conviction-based asset forfeiture as stipulated in international standards. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of legal reform through the establishment of specific laws on asset recovery, institutional harmonization, and the adoption of international practices that uphold the principles of proportionality and substantive justice. Thus, asset confiscation policies can be more effective, accountable, and remain in line with human rights protection.
