Abstract

The increasing number of residents coming from outside Jabodetabek has resulted in increased activity in the Jabodetabek area. Generally newcomers are reluctant to have permanent housing but prefer semi-permanent buildings such as boarding houses, so that newcomers make boarding houses a flexible place to live. What must be considered in the selection of boarding houses in addition to the available prices and facilities is also because if newcomers want to find a boarding house must see the distance so they can estimate how much time the boarding house goes to the intended place such as campus or office harmed as well as environmental conditions so as to create a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Newcomers must be able to socialize with local residents so that harmony can be maintained, for example following a mutual cooperation activity held once a month to strengthen the relationship. One that makes it easier for newcomers to find a boarding house is to make a mobile android based application considering that it is quite fast in this modern era, the access can easily be done anywhere and whenever needed. The information needed is the name of the owner of the boarding house, room data. facilities, location and price..

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi membuat perusahaan membutuhkan aplikasi untuk membantu bisnis yang dijalankan. Meningkatnya kebutuhan tersebut membuat munculnya konsultan IT yang menawarkan jasa mereka untuk mengembangkan sistem di perusahaan yang membutuhkan sistem. Dalam pengembangan suatu sistem tentu saja harus dilakukan pengujian untuk memastikan sistem yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan proses yang berjalan saat ini. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh penggunanya. Setiap sistem yang diimplementasikan di perusahaan tertentu memiliki perbedaan cara pengujian sehingga dibuatlah skenario testing untuk melakukan pengujian tersebut. Skenario testing ini tentu saja untuk melihat apakah sistem yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan kasus - kasus yang mungkin terjadi di lapangan. PT IMS menjalankan skenario testing tanpa adanya monitoring sehingga sulit untuk memonitor proses pengujian yang dijalankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar proses yang berjalan saat ini dapat termonitor dengan baik sehingga dibuatkan aplikasi skenario testing. Aplikasi skenario testing dapat memonitor melalui report dan grafik pengerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

MH Museum. Thamrin Jakarta was established in the 20th century as the Building of the Indonesian National Political Association (PPPKI). In the period 3 (three) years from 2013-2015 the number of visitors visited mh museum. Thamrin continues to experience significant declines. This is because visitors tend to be more interested in going to shopping centers or to more familiar tourist attractions. Therefore the authors conducted research on the Museum. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, facilities and location on visiting decisions (case study at MH Museum. Thamrin Jakarta). The object of this research is visitors to mh museum. .11 miles away The study was conducted on 170 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is SEM where data processing using SmartPLS 3.0.
