Abstract

Analisis dalam kajian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek feminisme yang dikaji dalam tokoh yaitu Ma Yan dan ibunya Bai Juhua dalam novel Ma Yan karya Sanie B. Kuncoro serta nilai-nilai pendidikan yang ditanamkan oleh tokoh tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan bidang kajian sastra. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis isi, menganalisis isi novel berupa kata-kata atau kalimat dalam novel dengan menggunakan pendekatan feminisme. Pemasalahan yang di hadapi dari kisah novel Ma Yan menyangkut tridisi patriarki yang sangat melekat dan sulit untuk dilepaskan, serta perjuangan seorang gadis kecil dan ibunya dalam mendapatkan pendidikan dalam tradisi patriarkat. Kata Kunci: Ma Yan, Novel, kualitatif, Feminisme, pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan inovasi belajar yang memotivasi siswa dalam memahami pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Metode pengembangan dan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi di MTS N 3 Jakarta. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran berupa web bernama ‘‘Katalog Ilmiah’’. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalam penelitian adalah a) tahap analisis, untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam menggunakan web canva, b) tahap perancangan, peneliti merancang web ini untuk memudahkan pemahaman materi Teks Cerpen dengan efisien. c) tahap pengembangan konten, peneliti berfokus pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. dan d) tahap evaluasi, peneliti membuat latihan soal dalam bentuk games agar siswa dan siswi bisa menjawab pertayaan dengan tingkat kemampuan menjawab soal secara menyenangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penggunaan media pembelajaran Teks Cerpen melalui website Katalog ilimah berbasis canva memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman Teks Cerpensiswa. Pembuat konten dapat mendesain halaman secara efisien dan menyajikan pelajaran Teks Cerpen yang interaktif dan menarik. Responden menganggap variasi konten menarik, menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kreatif meningkatkan minat siswa. Pandangan positif terhadap peran web canva dalam media pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, terutama perannya dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, mendukung pengembangan inovasi dan informatif. Penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai persepsi pemula terhadap kesederhanaan web canva dan rekomendasi untuk memperluas aksesibilitas Katalog Ilmiah Web untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna dan memastikan inklusivitas. Pembaruan konten dan fitur juga harus terus menjaga platform tetap menarik dan relevan.

Abstract

This article discusses digital learning media in the form of game quizzes, namely Quizwhizzer as an innovative Indonesian language learning evaluation media. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection uses a questionnaire technique with closed and open questions using Google Form media. The subjects of this research were 37 students of class XI IPA 1 MAN 1 Tangerang. Explanatory text material was used in the questions that researchers created on QuizWhizzer. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that 36 students (97.3%) stated that answering Indonesian language questions was more interesting using Quizwhizzer than using sheets of paper. Furthermore, as many as 37 students (100%) stated that Quizwhizzer was an innovative and fun medium. Furthermore, as many as 33 students (89.2%) stated that Quizwhizzer could make it easier for students to understand Indonesian language material. Furthermore, as many as 34 students (91.9%) stated that Quizwhizzer was able to increase students' interest in learning Indonesian language material. Furthermore, as many as 36 students (97.3%) answered that Quizwhizzer was easy to use. Furthermore, as many as 35 students (94.6%) stated that the Quizwhizzer learning media was not boring. Furthermore, as many as 35 students (94.6%) stated that the Quizwhizzer learning media was not difficult. Finally, 31 students answered that their impression after using QuizWhizzer was that it was exciting, fun and happy. So it can be concluded that the digital interactive game media, namely Quizwhizzer, is an innovative evaluation media and attracts students' attention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effectiveness of using the Smart App Creator learning media in learning material elements of folk poetry at SMP Negeri 153 Jakarta. This research is a research that uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research population was all students of class VII with a total of 36 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using a questionnaire research instrument with a total of 10 statements filled out by students through the Google Form. Based on research data and discussion results, it shows that the Smart App Creator learning media is effectively used in learning material elements of folk poetry for class VII at SMP Negeri 153 Jakarta. However, some respondents still considered doubtful and disagreed, therefore the teacher had to develop various forms of variations on Smart App Creator learning media, and needed to test comparisons between the use of Smart App Creator learning media and using other digital learning media so that teachers can use learning media in teaching activities to be more diverse.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of Spotify in learning as a language teaching medium that opens up new opportunities, especially through fairy tales as a form of oral literature that is rich in cultural values. Fairy tales serve as an effective means to instill moral values, enrich vocabulary, and introduce culture to students. This combination of technology and tradition makes the learning process more interesting and relevant to the times. This study uses a qualitative method with the research subject of 5th semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. The results show that the use of Spotify not only introduces cultural wealth, but also instills character values and improves language skills in students.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA) among university students (Indonesia and English study Programs). Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected from 300 students across multiple institutions in the Jabodetabek region. The study examines how AI tools, such as chatbots and adaptive learning platforms, influence students' anxiety levels during foreign language learning. Key findings indicate that AI reduces FLA by providing personalized learning experiences, real-time feedback, and low-pressure environments for language practice. However, some students reported increased anxiety due to the perceived constant monitoring and the lack of human interaction. The study concludes that while AI offers significant benefits in reducing anxiety, it also introduces new forms of stress, particularly related to technological engagement. This paper contributes to the existing literature by addressing the emotional dimensions of AI integration in language education, providing insights for educators on how to balance AI tools with human interaction to maximize the learning experience. Future research should focus on developing AI tools that integrate emotional support alongside cognitive feedback to further mitigate FLA.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and information has brought various innovations to the field of education, one of which is the utilization of digital media such as YouTube as a learning platform. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the YouTube channel "Jago Bahasa Indonesia" as an instructional medium to enhance university students’ Indonesian language skills. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through written questionnaires distributed to 21 students, who were randomly selected and had engaged with the learning content from the channel. The primary data source in this study consists of student responses concerning their comprehension, interest, and the perceived impact of the channel on their language proficiency. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation by comparing responses and supporting them with relevant theoretical references. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, identifying patterns, themes, and tendencies within the qualitative data. The findings show that 95.2% of respondents found the content easy to understand, with the most favored type being daily language tips (33.3%). Appropriate video duration, high-quality visuals and audio, and relevant material presentation contributed to the effectiveness of the learning. These results indicate that the "Jago Bahasa Indonesia" channel is an effective, flexible, and engaging learning medium that encourages students' creativity and interest in learning the Indonesian language.   Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat telah menghadirkan berbagai inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan media digital seperti YouTube sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan kanal YouTube "Jago Bahasa Indonesia" sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner tertulis yang dibagikan kepada 21 mahasiswa sebagai responden, yang dipilih secara acak dan telah mengikuti materi pembelajaran dari kanal tersebut. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tanggapan mahasiswa mengenai pemahaman, minat, serta dampak pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berbahasa mereka. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan berbagai jawaban responden dan mendukungnya dengan teori relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis konten, yaitu mengidentifikasi pola, tema, dan kecenderungan yang muncul dari data kualitatif yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 95,2% responden menilai konten kanal mudah dipahami, dengan jenis konten paling diminati berupa tips bahasa sehari-hari (33,3%). Faktor-faktor seperti durasi video yang sesuai, kualitas visual dan audio yang baik, serta penyajian materi yang relevan turut mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kanal "Jago Bahasa Indonesia" mampu menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif, fleksibel, dan menarik, sekaligus mendorong kreativitas serta minat mahasiswa dalam mempelajari Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of interactive e-modules to assist in learning Fable Texts. Interactive e-module applications are android-based applications that teach about PUEBI by presenting material summaries, learning videos, material slides, and practice questions. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The questionnaire for the research sample was 24 grade 7 students at SMP IP Yakin Jakarta. The results of the study showed that the use of interactive e-module media for learning, especially in fable text material, received a good response, seen from the positive responses of students in filling out the questionnaire. The interactive e-module application is considered capable of being an innovative learning medium for teaching Fable Texts in a more attractive and less boring way.
