Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis beberapa pewarna alami dari buah bone dan daun suji sebagai fotosensitizer untuk Sel Surya Pewarna Tersensitisasi (SSPT). Metode penelitian ini yaitu pewarna alami di ekstrak dengan pelarut etanol dan di ukur panjang gelombangnya menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Sel Surya Pewarna Tersensitisasi (SSPT) memiliki karakteristik panjang gelombang di daerah Visibel (sinar tampak) yaitu 400 sampai dengan 700 nm. Serapan ini yang nantinya akan menghasilkan pewarna yang bisa di gunakan sebagai fotosensitizer untuk SSPT. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh panjang gelombang untuk buah bone dan daun suji berturut turut sebesar 490 nm dan 500 nm. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pewarna alami buah bone dan daun suji cocok dijadikan sebagai fotosensitizer pada sel surya pewarna tersenstisasi dengan panjang gelombang pada sinar tampak berturut turut 490 nm dan 500 nm.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, akan di digunakan pewarna alami dari buah bone dan daun suji sebagai fotosensitizer untuk Sel Surya Pewarna Tersensitisasi (SSPT). Pewarna alami ini akan di larutkan dengan pelarut etanol dan di ukur kekuatan arus dan tegangannya dengan menggunakan alat multimeter. Sebelum di ukur arus dan tegangannya pewarna alami di letakkan pada kaca semikonduktor yang sudah di lapisi TiO2 dimana ukuran luas kaca semi konduktornya 4cm2. Pengukuran arus, tegangan , dan efisiensi di luar ruangan dibawah sinar matahari langsung pada pewarna buah bone dan daun suji berturut-turut adalah 0,235 mA/cm2 ; 0,586 V; 0,068% dan 0,215 mA/cm2 /; 0,576 V; 0,065% dengan intensitas cahaya 62,5 mW/ cm2. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran arus, tegangan, dan efisiensi di dalam ruangan pada pewarna buah bone dan daun suji berturut-turut adalah 0,0795 mA/cm2 ; 0,346 V; 0,017% dan 0,0775 mA/cm2; 0,332 V; 0,011 %.

Abstract

Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) can use two types of coloring, namely dyes derived from organic and inorganic materials. The choice of natural dyes is preferred by looking at the enormous potential of biodiversity in Indonesia, where there are still many untapped especially for plants that have a tendency to be colored or contain chromophore dyes such as chlorophyll (play a role in the absorption of light for photosynthesis). The purpose of this study is to find out about the flow and efficiency of the natural dyes of the gotu kola leaves (Centella asiatica) and water spinach (Ipomea aquatica) on the island of Lombok where their wavelength characteristics are in the UV-Vis region. The technique used when coating TiO2 on the semiconductor glass is that DSSC is a doctor blade technique. In the measurement of current strength and efficiency with multimeters on organic dyes in a row that is 5 μA / cm2 fresh bebele leaves; 0.156; fresh kangkung leaves 4.2 μA / cm2; 0,131; 4 μA / cm2 dried bebele leaves; 0.13; dried kale leaf 3 μA / cm2; 0.088.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the creative thinking ability of Class X MA NW Sukamulia students by applying the problem solving learning model to virus material. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the design of Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The population and sample of this study were all students of class X taken using the sample random sampling technique. Class X A as an experimental class and class X B as a control class. The research data were obtained from the pretest and posttest results of the experimental class and the control class. The results of data analysis obtained the average value of the analysis of creative thinking indicators 1. Smooth thinking average value of post test experimental class> control class (67.42> 59.09) 2. Think broadly of the experimental class> control class (61.69> 53.90) 3. Think original experimental class> control class (66.67> 43.94) 4. Thinking in detail the experimental class> control class (63.64> 46.97). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing with the Independent Sample t test, it shows that the posttest value of Tcount>Ttable or 3.020> 1.71714. This shows that by applying the problem solving learning model can improve students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a biology module based on CTL (contextual teaching and learning) for class X IPA MA NW Pringga Jurang Utara students. This development research refers to the ADDIE development model which is carried out through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product development results are validated and assessed by 1 material expert, and 1 media expert. Limited trials in this study were given to 12 students of class X IPA MA NW Pringga Jurang Utara. The instrument in this study was a checklist questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by scoring using a Likert scale, then calculating the average for each aspect. The results of the material expert's assessment were 78% and the results of the media expert's assessment were 97%. While the results of the student response questionnaire were in the very feasible category, namely 87%. Thus this module is suitable for use as teaching material in the biology learning process.
