Abstract

Teknologi komputer saat ini sudah berkembang cepat, hampir semua lingkup kerja menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer. Karena penggunaan komputer mampu memegang peran penting sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data ataupun pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya pada arsip dokumen. Arsip dapat berguna secara optimal bagi perusahaan apabila dikelola dengan baik, namun sebaliknya jika arsip tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan menimbulkan masalah bagi perusahaan. Studi kasus E-Arsip Dokumen ini dilakukan di Kantor Cabang Utama PT Angkasa Pura II, dokumennya berupa surat masuk, surat keluar, pembayaran kontrak, tata naskah pembayaran, tata naskah kontrak. Dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, UML (Unified Modelling Languange) untuk menggambarkan alur prosedur dalam bentuk diagram. Sistem dirancangan dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), basisdatanya MySQLi, Bootstrap (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). E-Arsip Dokumen ini mengatasi masalah yang selama ini terjadi yaitu kelalaian dalam mengelola arsip dokumen sehingga dokumen sulit ditemukan dengan cepat. Sistem ini memiliki fitur upload file scan dokumen berformat PDF (Portable Document Format) sehingga tingkat keamanan data arsip lebih baik karena hal ini dapat menyulitkan pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab dan proses pencarian arsip dokumenpun menjadi lebih singkat. Abstract

Dalam sebuah perkembangan Ilmu dan Teknologi yang semakin maju telah membawa pengaruh besar di segala bidang, termasuk dalam bidang multimedia. Company Profile merupakan media informasi dan promosi dalam perusahaan untuk menyampaikan sebuah nilai yang positif untuk suatu perusahaan. Demikian yang diperlukan oleh PT. Citra Surya Selaras dalam memberikan informasi dan promosi melalui media berbentuk desain booklet dengan menggunakan sebuah aplikasi Photoshop CS5 salah satunya adalah perkembangan media promosi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu komunikasi dalam penyampaian yang dirancang menjadi bentuk media yang lebih spesifik dan berguna bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat membuat sebuah media informasi dan promosiberupa bentuk desain booklet dalam Company Profile dengan mengunakan aplikasi Photoshop CS5 yang akan diterapkan pada PT. Citra Surya Selaras sebagai sarana promosi dan memberikan informasi mengenai seputar perusahaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah photoshop CS5. Dengan media yang berbentuk desain booklet pada Company Profile di PT. Citra Surya Selaras untuk memudahkan user dapat mengetahuiperkembangan informasiyang diberikan oleh perusahaan dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam media promosi keinginan supaya dapat berguna dan memiliki nilai tambah dalam media promosi pada PT. Citra Surya Selaras. Demikian dibuatnya media informasi dan promosi Company Profile yang dapat menggambarkan suatu profil perusahaan secara teriperinci dan lengkap. Salah satu elemen penting selalu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan, untuk menghadapi persaingan.

Abstract

The development of information technology has recently experienced such rapid development, this is followed by the development of information media that continues to grow. Companies are always required to follow this development in order to improve service quality and company performance. At present, various companies are required to pay taxes according to the rules that have been determined as a form of the company's obligation to the state. Problems that often occur in the company are uncontrolled po and tax invoices, so that often there is an overpayment of tax debt from what should be, and this causes delays in decision making, so that financial planning in payment of purchase debt. To be able to overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed to monitor the purchase debt calculation system as a decision support for expenditure estimation. To be able to realize this, it takes several design steps by analyzing the procedures that are running, building a system design with usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, squen diagrams and class diagram designs as a form of data storage center which can then be processed automatically so that it becomes the basis for decision making. Then implemented by building a web-based system that can be used in the company. The expected benefits are the creation of a system that is able to run effectively and efficiently, as well as being able to print reports quickly and accurately, so as to reduce problems that often occur in the company.

Abstract

The use of technology in a current system can speed up the work process, including in the new employee recruitment system. This research is intended to describe the new employee recruitment system and evaluate the new employee recruitment process implemented by PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). The method applied in data collection is by interviewing and seeing firsthand the process of recruiting new employees at PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). In accordance with the results of research that has been done by the author, it can be concluded that the employee recruitment process carried out by the personnel department already has a systematic stage. In the recruitment process there are still several problems that hamper as long as the process can be an evaluation of the company for the future. Obstacles encountered include the process of registering prospective employees for the implementation of psychological tests which are considered ineffective because they are still based on emails received and announcements of applicant data completeness are still done one-by-one by e-mail to applicants, thus consuming the work of HR department personnel. Therefore, a web-based Smart system is needed that can facilitate registration and announcement of lack of data completeness online. So that companies can maximize the process of hiring new employees, it is recommended that the selection of new employees use a system that can accommodate the obstacles that often occur in the process of hiring new employees. The system design uses UML diagrams and PHP programming languages.

Abstract

Wall or magazine magazines are a means of delivering information on Raharja College campus. In the delivery of information, the magazine has been widely spread in several applications of Raharja College, iRan and GreenDoc. However, this is still not optimal because the method used is still using paper. And also the lack of awareness of students will read the information on the magazine. QR codes are a type of two-dimensional matrix code or bar code developed by Denso Wave in 1994. With that, the form of information is reduced to a QR code that can store detailed information displayed on a monitor screen available at several strategic corners of the campus and scan the code on the main page of the online magazine website. The method used is the waterfall method, observation, and literature study and journal references as supporting in writing. This research was designed to make it easier to access information and attract reading interest to students of Raharja College.

Abstract

In the dynamic realm of startup ecosystems, forecasting trends and measuring success pose significant challenges. To tackle this multifaceted issue, a novel research method proposes integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the robust Random Forest algorithm, thereby enhancing predictive accuracy. This innovative approach encompasses various aspects including technical intricacies, financial dynamics, stakeholder interactions, and entrepreneurial challenges. Employing empirical data, such as revenue growth, capital raised, innovation rate, and active users, forms the foundation of this methodology. The model’s efficacy is demonstrated through a process involving training on 80% of the dataset and testing on the remaining 20%, showcasing superior predictive capabilities compared to conventional methods. Comparative analysis with established models like logistic regression further highlights the superiority of the integrated TAM and Random Forest approach, particularly in predicting startup success. These findings offer invaluable insights for entrepreneurs navigating the complexities of the startup landscape, as well as for investors, policymakers, and educators. Understanding and supporting growth dynamics within the startup ecosystem can foster innovation and prosperity. Moreover, in the academic sphere, this research contributes a novel framework for startup prediction, enriching existing knowledge and facilitating informed decision-making. Overall, this research not only provides practical applications for immediate stakeholders but also contributes to advancing the theoretical foundations of startup prognostication, thus serving as a significant milestone in the field.
