Abstract

Answering the challenges of the business world of telecommunications services with the sharpening of competition, Indosat need to do to improve the quality of service. For that we need a sober assessment of the factors that have an influence on the quality of the service itself. Suspected of employees working ability and interpersonal communication can affect the quality of service at the company experiment was conducted with the aim of proving allegations that an employee working ability and interpersonal communication together affect the quality of care in Indosat. From the results of data processing can be in the know that individually and the two independent variables have a relationshipand influence equally strong on the quality of service (r X1 = 0.621 and r x2 = 0.670) Collectively variable Job Skills Employees and Communication Between Personal Associated very strong with quality service on (R = 0.853) and by the coefficient of determination of 72.8% affect test results significantly with T test and F test proved significant at 95% confidence level, it can be concluded that: Alleged ability Employee Work and Inter-Personal Communication together effect on the quality of service at PT Indosat Tbk. Positive and significant effect can be received.

Abstract

This study aims to determine theinfluence of intellectual capital to profitability and productivity on islamic banking in indonesia. Data obtained as many as 10 islamic banking City of Tangerang with the period from 2015 to 2017 and linked to the 3 variables of the study, namely: 1 independent variables: intellectual capital and 2 dependent variables: profitability and productivity. Data analysis methods used are test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test, a test of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) variable VACA,VAHU, STVA does not affect the profitability (ROA), (2) variable VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on profitability (ROA) , and (3) variable VACA, VAHU, STVA and VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on productivity (ATO).

Abstract

Management is working with people to achieve organizational goals with the implementation of planning (planning), organizing, personnel or staffing, direction and leadership (leading), and controlling. planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling to determine and achieve targeted goals that have been determined through the utilization of human and other resources. PT Gapura Angkasa is one of the Ground Handling companies that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty where its customers are foreign and domestic airlines throughout Indonesia and to increase the profits of progress towards the company and can not be separated from qualified human resources and the role of human resources discipline is very important in the progress of the company. test results (Test f) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance PT. Gapura Angkasa Div Load Control of 62.9% and the remaining 37.1% explained that employee performance is influenced by other factors outside the work environment. testing the hypothesis individually (Test t) obtained the significance value of Work Discipline variable of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Performance. And the test results (Test f) there is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on the performance of employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Div Load Control of 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% explained that employee performance is influenced by other factors the outside.
