Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the District Caringin Employee Performance analysis and Cigombong based on Cultural Organization and Work Discipline. The study population is all employees at Kecamatan Caringin by as many as 136 employees and employees of the District Cigombong by as many as 93 employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Collected data is processed using correlation analysis technique.The results show that: First, there is a positive relationship between organizational culture with employee performance with the power of a strong and significant correlation, with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.681, the coefficient of determination obtained by 46.4%, and a functional relationship equation Y = 26.923 + 0,747X1, meaning that there is a strong correlation between organizational culture with employee performance. So for that, if the organization has a good organizational culture automatically employee performance was good. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of working with employee performance and the strength of the strong relationship that is equal to 0.645. Then the coefficient of determination of 41.6%. %. Functional relationship between the performance of employees working Discipline of Y = 36.505 + 0.692 X2. This means that the employee's performance is largely determined by the work discipline. Good working discipline will result in height the performance of employees at work and vice versa if the poor work discipline, the performance of lower-level officials. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of working with employee performance and the strength of the strong relationship that is equal to 0.645. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Profitability food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in this study as many as 12 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that: First, variable liquidity (current ratio) has a 0.01 probability value 0.05. Thus the current ratio (CR) significant effect on profitability (Return On Assets) at 95% confidence level. CR positive effect on ROA with a coefficient of 1.022.Second, the variable Leverage (Debt Assets Ratio) had a probability value 0.931 0.05. Thus Debt Assets Ratio (DAR) had no significant effect on profitability (Return On Assets). Increasing the value of DAR does not significantly affect the increase in the value of ROA.Third, the F value of 9.158 at F Prob value of 0.000 0.05. So that CR and DAR jointly significant effect on ROA. Thus simultaneous hypothesis variables CR and DAR together positive and significant impact on ROA.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental analysis on stock price Coal and Oil companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. Samples in this research that the company Coal as many as 13 companies and plantation companies as many as 10 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel data analysis. The results showed that: First, partially Fundamental Analysis with significant influence on stock price of coal company is Cash Ratio (CR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Second, partially Fundamental Analysis with significant influence on stock price of companies Plantation is Cash Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO). Third, the simultaneous analysis of Fundamental measured by using the Cash Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have significantly influenced companies coal and OilKeywords: Fundamental Analysis and Stock Price
