Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek yang dipilih oleh peneliti peserta didik kelas V SDN Dermo Benjeng Gresik, tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 15 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Pada siklus I observasi aktivitas peserta didik rata-rata 51,43%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 75,33%. Sedangkan hasil tes pemahaman konsep pada siklus I nilai rata-rata klasikal 53% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 80%. Peningkatan terjadi karena adanya perbaikan pada siklus II dengan membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TGT dan media POTAKA dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN Dermo materi Bilangan Bulat.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MI Nurul Ulum Wonosari with the subject of class teachers and 3rd grade students totaling 10 students. This study aims to analyze problem solving skills and interest in learning mathematics in multiplication material for third grade students at MI Nurul Ulum Wonosari. According to the result of interviews, the problem-solving ability of students is still relatively low, because they still cannot understand and solve story problems correctly. In addition, in the learning process the teacher has explained the material well, but the teacher has not taught them how to count multiplication in a simple and efficient way. Based on these problems, researchers will conduct reseach with qualitative methods, namely reasearch that aims to analyze the conditions that occur in the field, using descriptive methods. The tests carried out were by conducting interviews and distributing a number of test questions about problem solving and distributing questionnaires of interest in learning mathematics. After doing the research, it was found that the students’ mathematical problem solving abilities were in good category, and the result of the questionnaire distribution showed that students had a very high interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

This research was to analysis of the ability to understand the concept and interest in learning mathematics multiplication theory in third grade of UPT SD Negeri 117 Gresik. The purpose is to describe how much students are able to understand the concept of multiplication and their interest in learning mathematics. The research is a qualitative research that used descriptive methods. The data used in this research were obtained using test and questionnaire. The is all third grade students of UPT SD Negeri 117 Gresik. The results showed in very good category there are 5%, in good category there are 36%, and in enough category there are 59%. Interest in learning mathematics is 32% in very high category and 68% in enough category. It can be concluded overall the ability to understand the concept in good category with percentage 70,8% and the interest in learning mathematics overall in enough category with percentage 74,5%.Concept Understanding Ability, Interests, Multiplication Theory.

Abstract

Soal-soal latihan buku siswa pada materi perkalian masih kekurangan latihan soal yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan siswa untuk memecahkan masalah, sehingga sulit untuk menilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi perkalian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat tes untuk soal-soal uraian tentang keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Model ADDIE 5 tahap digunakan dalam pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar validasi, lembar respon siswa dan tes kemampuan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan dari anaisis kevalidan, analisis kepraktisan desain dan analisis keefektifan. Hasil validasi dari 2 validator yaitu ahli materi dan guru mata pelajaran yaitu 86,1% dari ahli materi, 90,7% dari guru mata pelajaran. Respon siswa memperoleh 87,96% yang artinya sangat baik dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam mengerjakan soal materi perkalian yang dikembangkan mendapatkan rata-rata 83% dengan ketuntasan belajar 80%. Oleh karena itu, latihan soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah efektif dalam pembelajaran pada materi perkalian mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a multiplication material mathematics assessment instrument developed for fourth grade students at SD Negeri Kembangbahu 1. This study used the ADDIE development research methodology and used quantitative techniques as data analysis. The questionnaires used were validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and test questions. Data is collected from the results of the questionnaire used. The results of this study indicate that the assessment instrument developed to assess conceptual understanding is feasible and valid. Evidenced by the average results of the validation of the two validators obtaining 98.6% in the valid category, the results of the students' concept understanding test obtained an average percentage above 70%, which is equal to 83,3%, and the results of positive responses students received an average percentage of 88,7% with very good criteria.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with teachers at SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal, a problem was found, namely the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which required the implementation of online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning method on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In this study, using the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal, totaling 14 children as research subjects. Data collection methods used are interviews and tests to determine student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis from interviews and tests given, it is known that the assignment method through the WhatsApp application is not effective on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tritunggal in mathematics. This can be seen from the percentage of student learning completeness which is less than 75%, which is only 57.14% who complete.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that must be taken by students. Mathematics has become a part of human culture inherent from the past to the present. Ethnomatematics is a term for mathematical values that exist in everyday life. Ethnomatematics is a learning mathematics related to certain cultures. In addition, ethnomatematics can be used to apply mathematics in the context of the current cultural system and the natural environment. Indonesia has a variety of cultural wealth, including in terms of traditional games. Although traditional games are very popular because they are in demand by all levels of society, as time goes by, slowly traditional games began to be forgotten because of the emergence of online games that are more easily accessible in various situations and conditions. Inspiring this, the writer feels interested in expressing mathematical values in the context of traditional games, especially the crank game. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, considering this research is rooted in the phenomenon of Indonesian culture, namely traditional games. The purpose of this study is to identify hidden mathematical values in traditional games, with the hope of supporting the preservation of the traditional game. The results of this study include the description of the crank game which includes mathematical aspects such as geometry, comparison, and opportunities. In addition, research also shows that the game crank can be used as a container to teach multiplication material on integers.

Abstract

Permainan ular tangga merupakan salah satu bentuk permainan tradisional yang memanfaatkan papan dengan petak bernomor. Media permainan ular tangga merupakan media yang menarik bagi siswa karena penyajiannya tidak seperti media biasanya yang mungkin hanya untuk dilihat dan didengar tetapi disajikan dalam bentuk permainan.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji literatur review terkait permainan ular tangga dalam pembelajaran matematika disekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode SLR (Systematic Literatur Review). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan mendokumentasi artikel yang terkait pada penelitian serupa. Artikel yang didapat dan digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 7 artikel jurnal nasional dapat diperoleh dari database google scholar dengan menggunakan aplikasi publish or perish.
