Abstract

Sachiko Murata menyimpulkan, "wanita dibuat memikat”. Murata mencoba menyitir teks-teks sufi yang menunjukkan bahwa kesempurnaan pria terletak pada kaum wanita dan, dengan demikian, kesempurnaan wanita terletak pada kaum pria. Misalnya, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan artisebuah perkawinan manusia. Setiap perkawinan adalah relasi cinta timbal balik, antara pria dan wanita. Yang satu adalah pelengkap bagi yang lain (Qs. Al-Baqarah/2: 187). Orang Jawa bilang, wanita itu adalah garwo yang berarti sigarane Nyowo (separuh nyawa). Dalam konteks ini, teks-teks sufi Ibn Arabi menunjukkan hal itu, sebagaimana dikutip Murata.Otentisitas dan relasionalitas kebenaran suatu bahasa terikat pada situasi dan kondisi tertentu. Dengan kata lain, kebenaran bahasa bersifat temporal dan kondisional. Diutusnya dua malaikat dengan membawa kebenaran, dalam cerita di atas, untuk suatu masa mengimplikasikan makna relativitas bahasa. Kebenaran bahasa hanya berpretensi universal, meminjam istilah Haidar Baqir, bila dikaitkan dengan prinsip-prinsip ilmiah, bukan semata-mata dengan simbol-simbol yang tak bisa dijelaskan dengan sepanjang prinsip-prinsip itu, seperti karisma, kesalehan lahiriah, keturunan, semata-mata penguasaan ilmu keislaman tradisional, dan sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Wanita dan Sufi

Abstract

The management of incoming and outgoing mail archives is essential in madrasah administration. The manual system that is still commonly used often faces obstacles such as difficulty in retrieving documents, the risk of loss, and inefficient storage. Archive digitalization becomes a solution to improve the effectiveness of archive management. This study aims to analyze digital archive management and identify the benefits and challenges of its implementation in madrasahs. The method used is qualitative, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the digital system can accelerate document retrieval, reduce the risk of loss, and improve the quality of administration. However, challenges remain, such as limited human resource competence and resistance to change. This study contributes to the development of a more effective digital archive management model for madrasahs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze school principal leadership management in increasing teacher motivation at SMK Assa’adah Bungah Gresik. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The research subjects include the school principal and teachers, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that school principal leadership management at SMK Assa’adah Bungah Gresik is implemented through four management functions, namely planning that integrates vocational goals and Islamic values, organizing through clear division of tasks, actuating with democratic and exemplary leadership styles, and controlling in the form of coaching. Teacher motivation is driven by intrinsic factors in the form of spiritual awareness of teaching as worship, and extrinsic factors in the form of responsive leadership support. The integration of these managerial functions has proven effective in creating a conducive work climate and increasing teacher work motivation holistically in a pesantren-based vocational school environment. This research provides a theoretical contribution by strengthening the concept of principal leadership management based on the integration of Islamic values and the managerial function of POAC in improving teacher motivation. Practically, this research provides an implementation model for principals, particularly in Islamic boarding school-based vocational schools (SMK), in creating a conducive work climate and increasing teacher motivation in a sustainable manner.
