Abstract

Modified Union credo is a cooperative-type business entity owned by a group of people in a unifying bond, which agrees to invest their money (shares) so as to create joint capital with decent business results and for productive and welfare purposes. The role of cooperatives is very important in Indonesia, because cooperatives can increase the economic growth of Indonesian society. The loan administration information system (credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar is not yet effective, because it still uses a manual system so that data is easily lost and difficult to find, and the preparation of reports takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a system that makes it easier for staff to process data for CUM Caritas HKBP members and improve staff performance to be more efficient and minimize errors in data processing, especially in the loan administration (credit) section of CUM Caritas HKBP. In this research, in the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and literature study and the method of system development to be used was the Prototype method. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use the MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of Loan Administration (Credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as a strategic approach to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations at PT. Rain Jaya Bersaudara, a fireworks distribution company based in Medan, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative descriptive case study method, data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with warehouse workers and managers. The findings indicate that poor awareness of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, the absence of protective doors on freight elevators, and disorganized warehouse layout significantly contribute to operational inefficiencies and increased risk of workplace accidents. This study recommends the development of strict PPE policies, provision of adequate safety facilities, regular OHS training programs, and improved monitoring and warehouse management systems. A structured and comprehensive OHS strategy is shown to create a safer work environment, boost productivity, and minimize operational losses.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, artificial intelligence, and global market dynamics has created an increasingly hypercompetitive and unpredictable business landscape. This research examines the role of adaptive mindset and digital technology in improving organizational performance in this challenging environment. Using a mixed-methods sequential exploratory approach with three phases-systematic literature analysis, multi-site case studies across 8 organizations, and quantitative surveys involving 785 employees from 12 technology companies-this study identifies effective strategies for managing employee mindset in the digital era. Findings reveal that organizations with a growth mindset culture experience 23% higher work engagement, 18% increase in product innovation, and 15% improvement in employee retention compared to organizations with fixed mindset. Digital mindset serves as a critical mediator between technology adoption and digital transformation success, with a correlation coefficient of 0.78 between digital literacy and operational productivity. Transformational leadership adopting paradox mindset improves team adaptability to technological disruption by 31% while reducing change resistance among baby boomer generation by 40%. This research extends Carol Dweck's theory by introducing the digital agility mindset concept, integrating continuous learning principles with cutting-edge technological competencies, and provides practical frameworks for assessing digital readiness and implementing leadership digital coaching.
