Abstract

This article departed from the discomposure of Sediono M.P. Tjondronegoro regarding the weak integration of social sciences when applied to Indonesian society to actualize the ideals of independence. For this regard, a methodologically and theoretically clear philosophy of Indonesian Sociology—based on aspects of ontology, epistemology and axiology which are relevant to the nation's ideology—is important to be placed as the basis for the world view of social sciences developed in Indonesia. In this context, this article intends to elaborate the concept of Sodality being developed by Tjondronegoro as the core of Pancasila to be an alternative guidance in the scientific development of Indonesian Sociology. This research is a literature study which focuses on Tjondrnegoro’s works and other publication on social and historical reality of Indonesian society to be analysed through philosophical perspectives. Based on the social and historical reality of Indonesian society, the development of Indonesian Sociology as a national ideology-oriented social science should not be merely based on reasoning but also on intuition or the whisper of the heart and on experience. While rational consideration is not ignored, it is not considered as the only way to the sought truth. Even though Indonesian Sociology departs from a speculative thinking, by the course of time it is expected that it will be manifested as a scientific paradigm through a persuasive process that people might accept.

Abstract

The economic system is very important for a nation because it has two main functions, namely a guide to directing the economy and coordinating various economic activities carried out by economic actors with different preferences. This paper presents the Pancasila Economic System (read: SEP) as an economic system structured as a joint effort based on the principle of kinship. An important foundation in regulating and managing the national economy as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. By conducting a historical and philosophical review of the origins (ontology) of Pancasila which is the basis for thinking in formulating the epistemological and axiological foundations that should be the basis for implementing national economic development, this paper reveals that SEP is a “own system” that is uniquely Indonesian. A consensus from the founders of the state in realizing the ideals of independence, in order to create the greatest possible prosperity with all the people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi pemasaran ikan pindang di Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Lima Putra Sejahtera yaitu salah satu UMKM yang mengolah dan memasarkan ikan pindang yang diminati masyarakat karena nilai jual olahannya terjangkau masyarakat. Namun, UMKM Lima Putra Sejahtera memiliki kendala terkait pemasaran antara lain: (i) promosi belum optimal karena masih bersifat konvensional, (ii) belum memiliki toko digital resmi, (iii) kurangnya kemampuan UMKM dalam mengumpulkan informasi pasar, dan (iv) adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat pemasarannya semakin sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pemasaran ikan pindang di UMKM Lima Putra Sejahtera, (ii) mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran ikan pindang yang telah dijalankan oleh UMKM Lima Putra Sejahtera, dan (iii) memformulasikan strategi alternatif yang tepat dalam memasarkan produk UMKM Lima Putra Sejahtera secara maksimal. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal yang paling berpengaruh ialah kualitas ikan pindang yang baik. Faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh yaitu nilai jual terjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat. Hasil analisis QSPM disimpulkan bahwa prioritas strategi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan terhadap UMKM Lima Putra Sejahtera adalah memperluas jaringan pemasaran ikan pindang. Kata kunci : Strategi pemasaran, Ikan pindang, Alternatif strategi

Abstract

The results of research on women's involvement in supporting agricultural household economic activities in rural areas have encouraged women to perform multiple functions. This dual role is a quite complex problem for women. On the one hand, they have to carry out their functions as wives and mothers, on the other hand, women have to earn a living helping their husbands support the family economy. The objectives of this study were: (1) To describe the allocation of female working time as farm laborers and as housewives; (2) Describing the size of women's income contributions; and (3) Describe how big the family of women agricultural workers has achieved family welfare. The research location was chosen deliberately and using snowball techniques involving 30 respondents as farm laborers with the criteria coming from a complete family (having a husband and income). The main motivation of housewives in rural areas is to leave their domestic sphere, to work as horticultural farm laborers because their husband's income is still insufficient to meet family needs, so he follows the invitation of his colleagues to work. Part-time from their activities as agricultural laborers, the contribution to the total family income reaches 46 percent (not deducted from food allowance) and 45 percent (deducted by food allowance). The percentage of working time spent on productive activities is around 4.21 hours/day, while for reproductive activities it reaches 19.79 hours/day. Meanwhile, from the results of this study, it was also revealed that 78 percent of the families of female agricultural laborers were still in the underprivileged category.

Abstract

Fluktuasi harga cabai sangat tinggi setiap bulannya, dalam setiap bulan terjadi perbedaan antara harga tertinggi dan terendah yang signifikan. Fluktuasi harga tersebut mengindikasikan adanya rantai pasok yang tidak efisien di DKI Jakarta . Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi rantai pasok cabai merah keriting di DKI Jakarta, (2) Menganalisis saluran rantai pasok yang paling efisien di DKI Jakarta, (3) Rekomendasi kebijakan yang efektif dalam menggambarkan rantai pasok cabai merah keriting di DKI Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan Analisis Marjin Pemasaran, Share Pemasaran, Efisiensi Pemasaran. Hasil perhitungan dari analisis Marjin Pemasaran sebesar 15.000 sedangkan hasil dari analisis Share Pemasaran sebesar 0,68 atau 68 %. Hasil efisiensi pemasaran semua saluran menunjukan hasil presentase tidak melebihi 33% yang artinya semua saluran pemasaran yang terdapat pada pasar Induk Kramat Jati dikatakan efisien. Rantai pasok cabai merah kriting yang ada di Pasar Induk Kramat Jati terdapat dua saluran terdapat di Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Timur, Komponen rantai pasok cabai merah keriting yang paling mempengaruhi inflasi terhadap cabai merah keriting itu sendiri terdapat pada pedagang kecil dan berpotensi juga pada tengkulak.

Abstract

Kegagalan sistem pengelolaan hutan di Dunia Ketiga telah menyebabkan kemerosotan hutan dan menciptakan kemiskinan pada desa-desa di pinggir hutan. Dalam hal tersebut, kegiatan pertambakan di kawasan Delta Mahakam dengan konversi Kawasan Budi daya Kehutanan, sangat menarik dicermati karena mampu menggerakkan kapitalisasi pertambakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan secara historis dan kontekstual, terjadinya penguasaan hutan mangrove oleh migran Bugis dan pengaruhnya terhadap proses pembentukan ekonomi lokal di kawasan Delta Mahakam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembentukan ekonomi lokal terjadi akibat beroperasinya kegiatan industri perikanan ekspor pada 1974 yang membuka ruang bagi kehadiran pedagang perantara pada area-area yang tidak mampu ditangani langsung perusahaan. Banyak diantara pengusaha lokal yang sukses adalah para ponggawa pengikut yang berhasil melakukan ekstensifikasi usaha, dengan memanfaatkan momentum “keunggulan pada kesempatan pertama untuk memulai”, pasca pelarangan trawl pada 1983. Meskipun aktivitas ekonomi tersebut berdampak pada perubahan tatanan ekologi lokal, akibat “pembiaran negara” atas Kawasan Budi daya Kehutanan, yang menjadi ajang konversi pertambakan pribadi. Dengan hegemoni kulturalnya, para ponggawa mampu melakukan “eksploitasi” melalui penciptaan struktur pasar yang monopolistis atau monopsonistis, sehingga terjadi monopoli bahan mentah dan akumulasi kapital yang mendorong dilakukannya indutrialisasi perikanan ekspor oleh Ponggawa. Meskipun demikian, pola hubungan pertambakan masih menyisakan ruang resiprositas yang melekat pada tradisi passe’, sehingga mereduksi pola hubungan yang cenderung ekploitatatif. Pola hubungan patron-klien yang adaptif seperti inilah yang kemudian menopang keberlangsungan ekonomi lokal-pertambakan yang sarat persaingan dan ketidakpastian.Kata Kunci: ekonomi lokal, pertambakan, ponggawa, kuasa sumber daya alam, kawasan budi daya kehutanan, industri pengolahan udang ekspor.
