Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the discussion method by PAK teachers on the active learning of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the discussion method by PAK teachers on the active learning of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a regression research using Descriptive and Inferential Statistics techniques. The population of all class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Balige who are Protestant Christians for the 2023/2024 academic year is 286 people. Random sampling (random sampling) was 15% of the total population, namely 43 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained a value of rxy=0.466>rtabel=0.301 and tcount=3.372>ttable=2.021 showing that there is a relationship between the discussion method by the Religious Education teacher and students' active learning and obtained the regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=11.396>Ftable=3.23, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the discussion method by PAK teachers on the learning activeness of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year of 21.71%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the example of Christian religious education teachers has on the morale of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, with a population of all Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency. For the 2023/2024 academic year, there are 224 Protestant Christians using a random sampling technique of 56 students. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 38 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire trial was carried out on 30 Class VIII respondents at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year using a 42 question questionnaire and after being tested, the results of the validity of the questionnaire trial showed that the value of rcount > rtable = 0.142-0.595 > 0.361 (there were 4 Question items that have validity less than r table = 0.361 are items number 11, 21, 27, and 32 so that the invalid questionnaire is discarded. Thus, the valid questionnaire consists of 38 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire test is 0.896. The validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the example of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Morale of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. By testing the relationship, rcount>rttable was obtained, namely 0.479>0.226, with a significant test of the relationship between tcount > ttable, namely 4.009>2.000, coefficient of determination 22.94%. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to offer an adaptive attitude as a response to the reality of the diversity of religious life in Indonesia. Religious diversity in Indonesia, on the one hand, requires an attitude of acceptance towards the existence of other religions, but on the other hand, religious truth must also be maintained so as not to fall into an attitude of relativizing the truth. The method used in this study is a literature study method by examining several inclusive teachings from the Bible and the concept of adaptive attitudes. The results of this research showed that the adaptive attitude is a relevant attitude to be developed amidst religious pluralism in Indonesia, because it offers a religious attitude that is able to adapt to the context, but at the same time still maintains religious traditions.Abstrak. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk menawarkan sikap adaptif sebagai suatu respons atas realitas keanekaragaman kehidupan beragama di Indonesia. Keanekaragaman agama di Indonesia, di satu sisi menuntut adanya sikap penerimaan terhadap keberadaan agama lainnya, namun di sisi lainnya, kebenaran agama juga harus dipertahankan agar tidak jatuh pada sikap merelatifkan kebenaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode studi literatur dengan memeriksa beberapa ajaran yang bernada inklusif dari Alkitab dan konsep sikap adaptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap adaptif adalah sikap yang relevan untuk dikembangkan di tengah-tengah kemajemukan agama di Indonesia, karena menawarkan sikap keberagamaan yang mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan konteks, namun sekaligus tetap mempertahankan tradisi keberagamaan tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui analisis tehnik vokal yang digunakan Roberta Paska Ria Bali dalam membawakan lagu Ave Maria . 2) Untuk mengetahui Makna pada lirik lagu Ave Maria . Penelitian in didasarkan pada landasan teoritis yang menjelaskan teori analisis, teori tehnik vokal, teori musik, lagu Ave Maria, dan teori Makna . Penelitian ini merupakan kerja laboratorium, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan di studio musik Pendidikan Musik Gereja IAKN TArutung pada awal juni sampai juli 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana sampel pada penelitian ini adalah audio, video maupun partitur lagu Ave Maria ,pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan observasi, kerja laboratorium, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Tehnik vocal, Roberta Paska Ria Bali menyanyikan lagu Ave Maria yang mencakup aspek pernafasan, sikap badan, artikulasi, resonansi, fhrasering, tehnik Powering, dan resonansi sangat baik. Roberta Paska Ria Bali juga menerapkan Voice Register seperti: Head Voice dalam pembawaan lagu Ave Maria dengan sangat baik. 2) Lagu Ave Maria memiliki makna yang sangat mendalam sebagai Doa dan penghormatan kepada Bunda Maria yang dipanjatkan untuk memohon pertolongan, perlindungan, serta ucapan syukur bagi umat Kristen terutama umat Katolik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the importance of Christian Religious Education philosophy in shaping strong Christian character in students and the integration of Biblical values in the learning process. The research method used is descriptive, which outlines the application of Christian education principles and their impact on students' character. The findings of the study show that Christian Religious Education prioritizes the development of spiritual, moral, and social aspects, with key principles such as love, forgiveness, and integrity. Through the implementation of these values, students not only develop intellectually but also build character in accordance with Christ's teachings, making them wise individuals in decision-making and positively impacting their communities and surrounding environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of learning videos on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Balige T.P 2023/2024. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with a one shot case study experimental approach. The population was all class Data was collected using observation and a questionnaire totaling 48 items, namely 22 items for variable Negeri 1 Balige T.P 2023/2024: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.549 > rtable(=0.05,n=36) = 0.329. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 3.827 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=34)= 2.042. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="23.97"+0.88X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.1%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=36-2=34) namely 14.65 > 1.62. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the difference in learning motivation of students who are taught using the snowball throwing learning model and those who are not taught using the Snowball Throwing learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental design research type in the form of a one-group-pretest-posttest design. The population was all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon, totaling 188 people and the researchers determined a sample of 32 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 27 items. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the related sample formula. From the calculation results, the tcount value = -29.052<ttable 2.039 with a 2-party test (α/2=0.05/2=0.025)= 2.039. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in the learning motivation of students who are taught using the snowball throwing learning model and those who are not taught using the Snowball Throwing learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The difference in learning motivation for Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Academic Year can be seen from the average scores of X1 = 77.0 and X2 = 88.3.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of exemplary Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the example of Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive quantitative research method. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 102 people. Sampling was taken using Random Sampling technique (randomly) of 40% of the total population, namely 40 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 37.09%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=4.748>ttable=2.021, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the example of Christian Religious Education teachers on the character of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year.
