Abstract

The production process is an activity that is very important for the survival of the company. Every company, whether a manufacturing company or a service company, must have the same goal, which is to earn a profit, so as to obtain cost efficiency for the supply of plastic raw materials, where the inventory planning is formed, it expects to produce an efficient procurement of raw material costs, meeting consumer demand without going out of stock to the customer. raw materials, by applying appropriate methods in its production. One of them is through effective production and inventory management, namely through the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical. Descriptive analysis is an activity of inferring raw data in large quantities so that the results can be interpreted. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results show that the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is more influential than the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method on the efficiency of raw material costs at PT Polytech Indo Hausen Tanggerang by determining the most economical totality of raw material costs without reducing the quantity in the production process.

Abstract

The Influence of Monitoring the Quality of Raw Materials and Production Costs on the Total Production Results at PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk for the 2019-2022 Period. This study aims to find out data about the effect of quality control of raw materials, production costs on the amount of production at PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study is all data related to monitoring the quality of raw materials, production costs, and the amount of production at PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk. The sample used is raw material quality control data, production costs, and total production output for 42 months from 2019-2022. Data collection techniques used observation and secondary data and data analysis techniques using classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS Ver 20 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test and F test, it can be seen that partially monitoring the quality of raw materials affects the amount of production with a t value of 2.757 > 2.757 > t table 2.022 with a significance of 0.002; 0.05, production costs partially affect the amount of production with a calculated t value of 2,839 >; t table 2.022 with a significance of 0.001; 0.05. The results of the F test of monitoring the quality of raw materials and production costs simultaneously affect the amount of production with an F value of 13,900 > 13,900 > F table 3.24 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

Companies that produce goods or services, the goal is to meet the needs and desires of the community. Companies certainly need raw material costs so that they can carry out the production process and create a product. So the company must set a budget for costs to be issued as working capital, especially raw material costs. Without raw materials, the production process cannot run so that it cannot produce a product. So with this the authors carry out research on the problem of the effect of raw material costs on production volume at Cv. Shaniqua Marigold Bambo in Rangkasbitung. The purpose of this study was to determine how much raw material costs incurred by the company, to find out how much volume was produced by the company and most importantly to find out how far the relationship between raw material costs and production volume at Cv. Shaniqua Marigold Bamboo in Rangkasbitung. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative method, to provide an overview of what is happening in the field by collecting data, presenting data and analyzing data. The population used is data on raw material costs and production volume in Cv. Shaniqua Marigold Bmbo. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling (decision method). And the analysis technique used is the Correlation Test (R), the Coefficient of Determination ( , the Simple Linear Regression Test, the T Test. To find out the relationship between the cost of raw materials of the volume of production, using the correlation Test (R) analysis, it shows that there is a relationship between the twp variables with the result of r = 0.727 with a strong interval, then the Determination Coefficient Test ( to find out how much influence the variable has. X on variable Y from the calculation results show 59.3% while the remaining 40.7% is influenced bby other factors, then the Simple Linear Regression Test is to provide an overview of variable X to variable Y, so the results Y = 1701.549 + 0.375. and finally the T test has a significant influence between the two variable with the results of tcount 3,744 > 2,001. In conclusion, raw material costs are the costs incurred by the company to buy raw materials to be used, while production volume is the amount of goods that have been produced in the company through a series of production processes.
