Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of warming up in the form of football played on learning for elementary school students. This research is development. Model development in this study, a procedural model that is descriptive, as outlined in this study or using the steps that must be followed to produce a model of warming up in the form of football played on learning for elementary school students. Procedures or steps that are used in this study using five major steps or procedures, namely: 1) to analyze the product to be developed, 2) develop the initial product, 3) test the expert validation and reliability testing of products, 3) pilot-scale small and wide, and 5) revision of the product. Validation test using a content validation and reliability tests use Rough Suitability Index (Index Crude Agreement), the results of reliability test results of 0.75 coefficients. Small-scale and large-scale trials are conducting at Gantiwarno Elementary School Muhammadiyah, Klaten. Small-scale trials are using as many as 16 students in grade 5 students and large-scale trials using Grade 4 and 5 by the number of 54 students. The final results in this study of eight (8) warming up model in the form of football played on learning for elementary school students. The heating model names as follows: copy the mine, catch me, shoot me, kick sequence, follow me, do not hit me, pulled up stakes and take my ball.Keyword: Warming up Model, Soccer, Elementary SchoolAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang berupa model pemanasan dalam bentuk bermain pada pembelajaran sepakbola bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini, berupa model prosedural yang bersifat deskriptif, karena dalam penelitian ini menggariskan atau menggunakan langkah-langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk yang berupa model pemanasan dalam bentuk bermain pada pembelajaran sepakbola bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Prosedur atau langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima langkah atau prosedur yang utama, yaitu: 1) melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) uji validasi ahli dan uji reliabilitas produk, 3) uji coba skala kecil dan luas, dan 5) revisi produk. Uji validasi menggunakan validasi isi dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Indeks Kesesuaian Kasar (Crude Index Agreement), hasil uji reliabilitas memperoleh hasil koefisien sebesar 0,75. Uji coba skala kecil dan skala luas dilaksanankan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Gantiwarno, Klaten. Uji coba skala kecil menggunakan siswa kelas 5 sebanyak 16 siswa dan uji coba skala luas menggunakan siswa kelas 4 dan 5 dengan jumlah 54 siswa. Hasil akhir dalam penelitian ini berupa delapan (8) model pemanasan dalam bentuk bermain pada pembelajaran sepakbola bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Adapun nama-nama model pemanasan sebagai berikut: tirukan saya, kejar aku, tembaklah aku, tendangan berurutan, ikuti saya, jangan tabrak aku, pindah tempat dan ambil bolaku.Kata Kunci: Model Pemanasan, Pembelajaran Sepakbola, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

The movement skill development is the core of physical education programin elementary school. Teacher must take serious amount of attention to the developmentof the basic movement skill. This skill consists of locomotor basic move, non-locomotorand manipulation.The run and jump basic movement skills are included at the locomotors basicmovement skill. Through playing games, the development of these skills at elementaryschool can be achieved. Because kids always having their “moment of live” whenplaying games. Games also give benefit on several aspects such as physical,psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects.The development models can and must be adjusted along with the growth anddevelopment of the child, in order to achieve the result we wanted.Kata Kunci: Perkembangan, Gerak Dasar Lari dan Lompat, Bermain, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Kid which is in pre-school age is kid who is included in the age range of 2-6 years old. Inthese ages kids are in growth and development period. Pre-school period is an appropriatetime to develop all of the development aspects. Metrical ability is one of the important aspectsto be developed because it will highly determine their success in the future in doing physicalexercise tasks. In an educational surrounding, especially pre-school education, it is the dutyand assignment of the physical education teachers in developing kid’s metrical ability. Thereare various way to develop metrical ability of pre-school kids, those are : 1. increasing nutrientstatus of the kids, 2. improving playing activity of the kids, 3. improving physical fitness of thekids generally. Those efforts must be arranged in accordance with the growth and developmentstages of the kids, so that the results it achieves are fit with the hope it intends.Keywords : Effort, Metrical Ability, Pre-School Aged Kids.
