Abstract

UKM yang bergerak di bidang ternak bebek dan produsen telur asin mempergunakan alat konvensional untuk pengukusan telur asin. Pengukusan telur asin dengan alat konvensional membutuhkan waktu 4 jam untuk mengukus 450 butir dengan resiko pecah dan atau retak mencapai 20 % atau 90 butir setiap kali proses produksi. Dengan demikian, mitra UKM membutuhkan alat pengukus yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu MEKUTUS. Alat ini terdiri dari ruang boiler, ruang telur dan ruang sirkulasi. Untuk menjaga agar suhu tidak melebihi batas yang sudah ditentukan yakni 70°C-90°C maka alat ini dilengkapi dengan otomasi pengontrol suhu yaitu digital temperature controller sebagai masukannya dan cerobong pembuangan asap sebagai output. Hasilnya proses pengukusan menjadi lebih cepat menjadi 2 jam dan resiko pecah atau retak pada telur dapat terminimalisir. Penurunan prosentase kerugian mencapai 173,6 % per bulan. Dengan efisiensi waktu, tenaga dan biaya produksi membuat produktivitas mitra semakin meningkat sehingga diperlukan viral marketing melalui media sosial untuk meluaskan pasar. Dengan demikian mitra UKM dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan telur asin kukus.

Abstract

Randupadang Village is one of the villages located in Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The main agricultural commodities in this village are rice and corn. In addition, this village has a farmer group (gapoktan) which manages the farm of 9 dairy cows. All cows are kept in a semi-permanent cage, so that approximately 135 kg of cow dung every day must be cleaned in order to have a clean condition cage. Unfortunately, cow dung waste has not been utilized optimally. The society there prefer to dump it into the river or around the cage. It is caused by lacking of knowledge and public awareness. As a result, environmental pollution, including land, water and air, has made the image of the village less clean. The methods implemented by the team to reduce these problems are: counseling, FGD and assistance in making liquid fertilizer (POC) and compost from cow dung waste as basic ingredients. The results of this activity Gapoktan Padangan: 1) The establishment of a centralized waste treatment unit, 2) The establishment of an independent village in waste treatment, 3) The improvement of community welfare. 4) There was an skills increase 69.56% increase in making liquid fertilizer (POC) and 65.22% in making compost. The waste management of Gapoktan Padangan based on empowerment program is an effort to support ‘Desa Semesta Nasional’ development movement, which is one of the government programs in realizing an independent village based on community and local natural resources

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of people's lives. One of them is the number of fresh graduates of strata 1 graduates who cannot find a job. Beside, spontaneous changes in online learning methods to suppress covid-19 spreading cause to the obstacles for both students and parents in its adaptation. Parents tend to use non-formal tutoring institution or agencies to support the understanding level of materials provided in schools to overcome these obstacles. Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu is a non-formal education service provider institution coverage of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Malang, Semarang and even Kalimantan to get the impact of online learning by experiencing an increase in demand for tutor services by absorbing the educated workforce. The absorption of educated workforce is based on sociopreneur methods. The problem experienced by management is that tutors are the majority of fresh graduated. Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu conduct mentoring methods by facilitating tutors to follow online development training, revamping Enggon Sin_Au_Qu management in managing tutors and service users also developing promotional systems to expand marketing. The results achieved as sociopreneurship are: 1) The development of the potential of tutor human resources, 2) The management system becomes well-coordinated 3) Bimbel Enggon Sin_Au_Qu known by the wider community. Thus, Enggon Sin_Au_Qu as a business container that is able to grow the economic potential that can be enjoyed by various parties involved
